Murdo Fraser writes to Humza re 'hanging effigies'

As I alluded to further back in this thread, somebody at the shortbread assembly has probably had a word with him.Once you reach ministerial level in any government there are standards of behaviour that should be adopted.I wouldn't put it beyond Holicomm to have taken the lead here in the knowledge that he is a loose cannon and cannot be trusted to avoid the pitfalls that covering up child abuse bring.

I’ve never voted conservative in my life dmaude but given that they are the ONLY ones willing to stand up for my community then I will vote for them if they carry this through.
Otherwise this country will be run by SinnFein in the coming years.
To me the main aim when voting is to get the SNP out of power. Really don't like Corbyn and think he is a terrible leader but would still vote Labour if they were the most likely party in my area to challenge the SNP.

Before any elections, information will be available to help with tactical voting. It should be possible to get accurate predictions based on previous election results, whether candidates have changed, demographics of an area, etc.... Rather than splitting the unionist vote amongst all the non-SNP parties hopefully we can all use this information to vote tactically and cause maximum damage to the party who would break up the union (and make us a much poorer country).

Do you think Hollicom are actually manning their keyboards and deflecting the scandal by posting comments on news articles?

That would be horrific if true.

Scandal upon scandal upon scandal.

T imposter statement from the justice mimicker, he should be removed as he is not fit for what he is meant to be doing.

Poor Humza's excuse about his kids getting it tight,
Pity he can't do his job,and name and shame his fav football club (#celticknew), about their 50 years of covering up kids getting abused.

Consistency? You're expecting a bit much from Humza there!

If he did his job properly he wouldn't be deserving of abuse,It's as simple as that.
His abuse is insignificant to the abuse of kids him and his office should be investigating, He can turn his phone off, call the police or whatever to ignore any abuse. These kids didn't have the luxury of any help from the club they hoped to play for. For the useless clown to complain about abuse is a joke compared to what he is obviously ignoring.Do something H Useless.

We're watching you Humza.

You've set your stall up strategically the same as your party, you've ingratiated yourself with the devil - you are now firmly in league with them. You and your pal Dornan.

You have alienated an entire voting block that will now be your individual and collective undoing. Lost evidence on your watch.

Life's all about choices. You've made it clear what you choose - and every day you remain silent on the abuse scandal at your wicked club is being counted by the victims that you are meant to be aiding. Criminal behaviour by an elected official.

Never set foot in my football club again - you are just junk jewellery with a limited political shelf life because of your crass and classless behaviour.

The Orange Order should be all over this as should the SPAD group , the hanging effigy of an Orangeman was nothing to do with football nor Rangers Football Club , it’s out and out anti Protestant bigotry

If the roles were reversed and the effigy was of a RC figurehead or god forbid a ginger haired bigot then there would have been hell to pay with a very different style of reporting

The RC church would be all over it along with the pavement loitering rent a gub priest and the terrorist supporting Call it out mob , this is an open goal to put pressure on the police / media etc and highlight that there’s been a serious crime committed by evidence being destroyed to stop a prosecution going ahead

If heads don’t roll over this or the case isn’t reopened then the Protestant community will have no faith in our justice system as it’s been proven to be corrupted

Play the game the mentally challengeds would be all over this

And another thing given it was the mock hanging of a Protestant figurehead why is the “ sectarian “ angle never mentioned in any report from the press

In today's Sun. Considering wither to bring charges, wtf ? Is the evidence of who "lost" the evidence lost too now ?

PROSECUTORS are investigating whether to bring charges against their colleagues over the Old Firm sex doll case blunder.
Cops have finished a probe into an evidence mishap that saw nine men accused of hanging Rangers effigies from a Celtic Park stand walk free.

Their report is now with the Crown Office — and officials will this week assess whether to prosecute their own staff.
A legal insider said: “Police and the Crown are taking the matter extremely seriously.”

A case was put against the fans after two blow-up sex dolls were strung up in the Jock Stein Stand during Celtic’s 5-1 league win over Rangers in September 2016.
One was clad in a Gers scarf and the other in an Orange Order sash.
A banner next to them read: “This is it Bhoys, this is war”.

Old Firm fans united to condemn the tasteless stunt on World Suicide Prevention Day — days after Ibrox idol Kris Boyd, 35, spoke about his brother Scott taking his own life.

But the case fell apart when it emerged footage from the ground was missing.
We told in June how Lord Advocate James Wolffe QC called in the police to investigate the blunder.

Interesting. So the evidence was lost on purpose? Quelle surprise.

Humza Useless should be on his feet at Holyrood confirming that there will be a police investigation as to why crucial Court evidence could suddenly be " lost" from such an important case. There must be procedures within the PF Office as to signing in to be able to observe such sensitive Court evidence. Who was the last person who looked at the evidence before it was " lost " ?
All productions must be signed in and out. The last person who signed for the productions should be held accountable

This is an absolute travesty.

What's our Justice Ministerrible saying about it. Can someone that uses Instagram send him an image of the story? If you can do that on Instagram - I don't even know what it is but know it's picture sharing.

I am now convinced that there seems to be a bigotry and sectarian issue at the heart of the justice system in Scotland. The way that we as a support and people are treated regarding anything Rangers is disgusting. Whereas the Celt.. republican seem to get away with crimes against society without repercussions. The Culture which has been allowed to fester seems to emanate from the PFs office. There must be questions asked in parliament regarding these anomalies .

Evidence has been destroyed on purpose.

9 accused walk free.

What are the motivations here? General deliberate evidence tampering or specifically to protect somebody that is accused?

Are any of the accused related to somebody in the government/politics/police/civil service/judiciary/SPL/Procurator Fiscal Office or any other organisation that would want it hushed up?

Is there anyway of finding out who the accused are?

My thoughts exactly.

These productions were not mislaid. They were intentionally destroyed.

There will be secondary copies and they should have been sufficient to proceed and prosecute the 13 scumbags.

I can see this investigation identifying a whipping bhoy who will be blamed and nothing further will happen.

The will mean the perps will remain free from the rigours of Scottish law - which seems to concentrate on persecution of the indigenous amongst us.
