Think he has knocked back a few jobs. Probably sensible on his part after being sacked by Bayern not to take the Chelsea job as another failure there then doubts arise.

Sometimes managers go for the money, Conte and Jose at Spurs for example happy to take the big wages but always gave the impression they felt they were managing a club that was beneath them. He seems to be waiting for something that feels right.
