An absolute belter of a pic. Wee Tommy looks even wee-er than I remember him lol!

And check Oor Sandy.......cool as fcuk in the sheepskin jacket.

But who's the mystery player?

Stevens, Watson, Dawson, McLean, Parlane, Russell, McCloy, McDonald, Jackson, Forsyth, Jardine, Cooper, Forsyth, Smith and Johnstone.
Escort, Fiesta and Capri.

Think it might be a guy called Johnny Hamilton who played for us for a short time around then

Funny. He scored against the tims, so don’t be harsh. Think he came from the Drum mate, so watch out

Just a wee joke from post 101 on the thread.
Alex Miller was never a great player, but he gave our club many years loyal service, won plenty medals, and has my special thanks for that 90th minute winner in August 1980.

May as well ask this in here...

What the fek is that Sparta brought to Ibrox with them in 1960? (They brought it on to the pitch in the replay at Highbury as well)

He was a true Rangers man. Not our best ever player but a bigger Ranger than most.

Getting back to the original picture:

Gregor Stevens signed in September '79, Derek Parlane left in March '80, so that narrows it down to a 6 month period.

I'm going to throw another name into the ring … Billy Urquhart.
