New Edmiston House on Saturday with live entertainment, a bar, & food stalls
Can’t see it. Not much anyway. The louden is always rammed isn’t it? With folk not getting inObviously too soon to say with any real certainty but do you think this going to have an impact on bars such as the Louden or do you think that matchday habits will see them unaffected?
Plenty of business to go around I would imagine.Obviously too soon to say with any real certainty but do you think this going to have an impact on bars such as the Louden or do you think that matchday habits will see them unaffected?
I was in The Louden from 1:15pm to 2:45pm last Saturday and it was definitely not as full as it usually is.Plenty of business to go around I would imagine.
Only downside to The Louden is how busy it is.
I think other watering holes will not be affected. The good thing about NEH is that you can get in with your kids and it’s just outside to have a quick pint after the game before the bus leaves.Obviously too soon to say with any real certainty but do you think this going to have an impact on bars such as the Louden or do you think that matchday habits will see them unaffected?
No , it’s all long dated stock……joking!Do they have £2 beers in there?
I would doubt it.Obviously too soon to say with any real certainty but do you think this going to have an impact on bars such as the Louden or do you think that matchday habits will see them unaffected?
I would be keen to know this as well. Anybody head in after the game? Was it busy post match last week?
I have always thought and said that I prefer the American System where all the Bars and restaurants are located in the same area, which in turn makes these locations busier.Obviously too soon to say with any real certainty but do you think this going to have an impact on bars such as the Louden or do you think that matchday habits will see them unaffected?
We were more than happy with our customI was in The Louden from 1:15pm to 2:45pm last Saturday and it was definitely not as full as it usually is.
Was in tonight around half six and there was a DJ setting up his gear, most likely for tomorrowIs the DJ in the cafe going to be a regular occurrence? Enjoyed it last week.
Not reallyObviously too soon to say with any real certainty but do you think this going to have an impact on bars such as the Louden or do you think that matchday habits will see them unaffected?
Not so sureNot really
People that want to drink will go to the Louden because it’s a better set up for proper drinking as such
I think the real distinction between NEH and The Louden is that kids are allowed in the NEH and some people aren't, for whatever reason, comfortable with thatNot really

According to the information in the post the fan zone closes at 2:30My mate Kirk’s playing some tunes at the fanzone at 2.15pm… good tunes, good bluenose… check him out
Eventually everyone gets thatAccording to the information in the post the fan zone closes at 2:30
So your big mate Kirk has his 15 minutes of fame
Did they have tickets for the game as that is the proviso when games are at home>.some people aren't
You are only allowed entry if you have a ticket for the game that dayDid they have tickets for the game as that is the proviso when games are at home>.
I read somewhere, might have been 4 lads, that we are hoping to get it open for the beginning of next seasonWhen does the Sports bar open?
That is true to a certain extentThe obvious benefit with NEH is the profits go to Rangers unlike individual pubs.
I was in, wasn't exactly jam packed and think a lot of folk ducked in for a look about, quick pint then off.I would be keen to know this as well. Anybody head in after the game?
It seemed to me the Louden got busier after the game last week as fans left the Edmiston House towards the subway and headed in.Obviously too soon to say with any real certainty but do you think this going to have an impact on bars such as the Louden or do you think that matchday habits will see them unaffected?
Certain extent? That is true to a certain extent
That's the usual, it's the Hospitality coming outIt seemed to me the Louden got busier after the game last week as fans left the Edmiston House towards the subway and headed in.
Rangers have partnerships in NEH , so they will split any profits with them, hopefully, millions over the seasonCertain extent?
You have that 15 minute gap to a t.I was in The Louden from 1:15pm to 2:45pm last Saturday and it was definitely not as full as it usually is.
Out of all the pics they could have used lolI'll only go if that hippy isn't picking his nose.
Please qualify your statement. That is true to a certain extent
I bet you were, it was still mobbed, but in the lounge there was noticeable pockets of space and navigation to the bar was much easier than usual. We were more than happy with our custom
He did.Please qualify your statement.
I wasn't asking you.He did.
Got a feeling they’ll be dicks and not let you in without itCan anyone confirm that it is still card / app payment only in NEH?
Also, how strict are they with the match ticket thing for entry? I'm not picking my ticket up until 2:30pm but will be in the queue for NEH at 12pm with 2 mates who will have their season tickets on them.
Cheers
