Good idea?

With our corners, it will actually benefit the oppositionGood idea, but would it benefit us?
CERTAIN teams will be exempt from this up here . In England Arsenal would be scoring 8or9 goals per game lolUsed to be 4 seconds.
Was never enforced though.
Keepers taking exaggerated backward steps if they were too close to the 18yd line.I remember the old four step rule.
If his team mates needed a wee rest I reckon he would go for it.Can't see any keeper being worried about giving us a corner.
Would only waste more time.
another rule that would only be enforced when it suitsKeepers taking exaggerated backward steps if they were too close to the 18yd line.
Re this trial, why not enforce the 6 second rule already there? Extend it to 8 if you want, but still no need for new laws.
Used to be 4 seconds.
Was never enforced though.
Yip, bugs me that they don’t enforce it then talk about this shit.another rule that would only be enforced when it suits
Why do so called supporters on here uses every post on here to have a go at Rangers as the old saying goes if you dont like it.Can't see any keeper being worried about giving us a corner.
Would only waste more time.
It’s 6 seconds and it still exists, just never ever gets enforced.Used to be 4 seconds.
Was never enforced though.
They can count to 8 when we have free kicks. Our referees will struggle. They’d struggle to tie their laces.
Counting to 8 is probably beyond their capability.
Thats why i commented abo e you and keepers o er line. Noticed it a few times last night. I was always led to believe that assistant (linesman in old terms) was positioned at 18 yd line when keeper kicked ball out. So why hasn't he noticed. As an aside McCrorie looked outside the area every time he was kicking the ball long.
No but it would only be enforced on us and a var check if down to the bear minimum of the 7th second?Good idea, but would it benefit us?
If the balls at the GK's feet it's in the hands of the opposition to press quickly as a unit and put their team under pressureHolding on to ball isn't the real issue. Keepers fannying about at GK is my bug bear. They should have 10 secs from getting the ball to set it up and play it out. Failure to do so then opposition get possession on the D.
Score board should start counting down so refs can 'interpret' the time.
Clancey, Walsh and Robertson are great at counting to 8 when they are pacing out a wall at one of our free kicks. Our referees will struggle. They’d struggle to tie their laces.
Counting to 8 is probably beyond their capability.
Only time I seen a keeper done for it was Klos when we were away in Europe against some team. It’s 6 seconds and it still exists, just never ever gets enforced.
always thought it was 6Used to be 4 seconds.
Was never enforced though.
Are you sure it wasn't 6? That is what I remember, and 4 is very little time. They are also going to try a kick--in instead of a throw-in. They also should stop the keepers being able to place the ball on any side of the goal as it is being misused.Used to be 4 seconds.

Celtic qualified for The UCK off of the back of yhe only referee I have ever witnessed enforcing the old rule.
I think the match was played in Russia.
The opposition give up possession.Corners barely feel like an advantage these days don’t see the point.
As is 10 yards. Our referees will struggle. They’d struggle to tie their laces.

Waiting for a goal kick to be taken? If the balls at the GK's feet it's in the hands of the opposition to press quickly as a unit and put their team under pressure
