Hopefully an early date for this one so everyone can enjoy some sun!

I'm not too far away so I'll try and help out if anyone needs some advice.

For trains - https://www.omio.com/

Stadium - https://www.ogcnice.com/en/stadium/allianz-riviera.html

More to add on. Looks like a small capacity so I imagine not a large allocation.

You can subscribe for their mailing list for 'pack europe'.

I live 4 and a half hours drive. Thinking about buying home end tickets - do you think this is wise.
My nearest team is Montpellier and it would appear that, if you stay away from the ‘ultra’ curve, it would be safe enough

Stay away from their ultras section (south stand according to Google). Don’t wear colours and don’t be a dick and you’ll be fine

I've been to Nice/Cannes about 6 times now.

We've stayed in Nice twice. The city is nice south of the train station. North of the station into some of the "schemes" it's a bit of a ghetto and while there one year I watched a programme on telly about how lone officers were not allowed to drive into some areas!

But the city itself is lovely, plenty squares and courtyards, good promenade, decent old town. Loads of places for good food and drink.

Lovely part of the world never been that far South in France when I'm on that side of the country I'm further north up a mountain

I speak reasonable French, but hiding my allegiance would be rather difficult
I’ve sat in the home end at Munich, Barcelona, Graz and Alkmaar without problems

This will be the largest travelling support so there’ll end up loads in the home end, assuming we only get the 5% away allocation

At least I’ve got a French address and mobile number, so getting tickets via the club website should be easy enough
The knack will be getting seats near the Rangers end

I’ll be fine for annual leave for any of the away games, hoping my son can get the time off for this one in particular.
