I think it was David Edgar on one of the recent daily updates talking about that if you see Rangers and the scumbags linked together for a player, it's usually an agent trying to get attention for his client.

Powell would be a great signing. Hopefully some truth in this.

Talented player who would be a valuable signing but where will he fit in? We are getting a bit heavy in midfield unless one or two are moved on.
