Both big issues in the current set up IMO and both could be easily have been addressed by our manager tonight.

A blind man can see we are being swamped in the midfield the last 4/5 games.

Sterling should be the first name on the team sheet in there.

For my count, we had 5 starters playing out of their natural (and best) position.

Lawrence, Silva, Sterling and Sima can all justifiably in my opinion say that they’ve been asked to do a job for the team. Souttar also better suited to RCB but then we come to the undroppables.

For me Goldson and Lundstram should have been nowhere near that starting eleven tonight and both done nothing to justify the faith.

Tonight told us all we need to know about the squad, which is worse than many of us had feared.

I expected more or the man that watches them every day though.
