Official Official Serie A thread 21/22

Bologna v Verona doesn’t exactly get the blood pumping, but a chance to see Hickey!. Bologna front 3 is quality too, lots of flair and exciting play there.

Going to be a long season for Verona. Lost their three best players in Zaccagni, Di Marco and Silvestri while the replacements don't seem to be the same grade.

Jose is the man
He probably wasnt done as many thought, just made a number of poor job choices and perhaps a little too quickly when a break mightve made more sense.

Roma seems like the perfect place for him now. Possibilities to make something happen with no great expectations of success in a League thats quite open this season. Also has the Coppa Italia and the fairly weak Europa Conference to impress in.

Very open look to the scudetto this year with Juve and Inter losing key players. I think it could be Milan's year. Zlatan and Giroud aside they have a good young squad and are tactically well drilled. Interesting to see how they fair at Anfield tomorrow.

Inter v Bologna getting underway momentarily but we will not see coverage until 5.15 thanks to the outdated TV blackout.

2 games already this round, Torino winning 1-0 away to Sassualo last night and Fiorentina getting a 2-1 win at Genoa earlier today.

Inter 3-0 Bologna HT

Inter look like scoring everytime they go forward and could easily be 4 or 5. Second half will be about damage limitation for Bologna.
