After overcoming Celtic in the semi-final, Rangers could have been forgiven for thinking they had done the hard part of the job, but they were to face Third Lanark, the reigning champions in the final at Hampden. They were ultimately to prove worthy winners of the cup, but not before Rangers took them to a replay after a goalless draw

A week on from their 2-0 defeat at Kilmarnock, Rangers' title challenge faltered still further with an astonishing 6-1 drubbing at Pittodrie. Having all but won the title by mid-March, Rangers now seemed in danger of throwing it all away, dropping six points in four games to give Kilmarnock renewed hope that they might just catch Rangers. The final two games of the season were to prove vital

Any more info on the friendly with Bohemians D in 1912? Take it that's Bohemians Dublin? Were we touring in Ireland?

1990, played on a Sunday live on TV. From memory it was a piss poor game and the only thing I recall was Bobby Mimms playing in goal for them.

1995 - Sure we were 2-0 up but were pegged back to 2-2 before half time. Hateley header in the second half to win it.

1922 - Dumbarton 0 Rangers 4 (Meiklejohn, McCandless Pen, Henderson, McDermid) - Scottish League Division One (7,000)
Rangers who were neck and neck with Celtic for the Championship, were forced to play this match without the services Sandy Archibald, Tommy Cairns, and Alan Morton, who were on National duty, for Scotland who defeated England 1-0 at Villa Park, their first win against the Auld Enemy on English soil in 19 years.

I see Billy McCandless scored from the spot.
We seem to have a history of Left Backs taking penalties.
In my lifetime we've had Eric Caldow, Davie Provan and Alex Miller as Left Backs who were our regular Penalty takers.
Even recently with Borna Barasic.

2017 -Aberdeen 0 Rangers 3 (Dodoo, Miller x2) Ladbrokes Premiership (19.332) Great result loved it missed most of it as busy but Pedro's face at the 3rd goal
