Rangers had just lost their first match of the season (1-0 at home to Hibernian) two weeks earlier and needed to get a winning run together if they were to keep in touch with Celtic at the top of the table. At Pittodrie Rangers were made to fight every inch of the way before emerging with both points courtesy of goals from Derek Johnstone and Tommy McLean.
Rangers never looked back from here, losing only two more matches all season, overtaking Celtic and finally landing the title for the first time since 1964

2010 - Bursaspor 1 Rangers 1 (Miller) UEFA Champions' League Group C (9,673)
Rangers were pegged back by a lateYildirim strike for Buraspor, which ended their chances of being seeded in the Europa League. Kenny Miller lashed a cracking left-foot shot past Ozkan in 19 minutes to put Rangers ahead, and his Scotland strike partner Steven Naismith should have headed another, but the Turkish champions pushed Rangers back for most of the second half, with Insua going close with a free-kick before they levelled. Rangers fashioned the first chance of the match when Miller, in his familiar role as lone striker, dashed down the left and had his cross cut out by the Turks' goalkeeper Ozkan a fraction before it was set to land on Naismith's head. Bursaspor had suffered a dismal Champions League campaign prior to this match. Indeed, they had not registered a point and were keen to avoid joining Fenerbahce as a Turkish side that had lost all six group games

1 down after 19 seconds as well only to tear them apart for the next 44 minutes.

Didn't Amo scud the bar with a free kick 2nd half from something like 40 yards out ?

I believe he did. Only he would've even attempted it from that far out.
