A two goal victory in the Prater Stadium was achieved but at the highest possible price;Jim Baxter suffered a broken leg that would keep him out of the side until the following March. It is the view of many that he was never the same player again, for his influence had been responsible for Rangers overcoming the Austrians in their own backyard,a performance that had been acknowledged by the home crowd, who gave him a standong ovation at the end. The two goal win meant Rangers won 3-0 on aggregate.

2012- Rangers 140 years anniversary game. Legends on the pitch at half time and was absolutey freezing.

1964 a night that changed the course of history.

1987 crazy game, I think we had about half a dozen goals ruled out.

1998 Afternoon kick off, plenty folk found an excuse to take a half day. Great Albertz goal, then a second half collapse and a stupid Amoruso red card.

Wasn’t it Porrini that was sent off?
