1890 - Everton 8 Rangers 1 (Untraced) - Friendly (Played At Anfield)
1896 - Rangers 2 (A.Smith,H.McCreadie) Hibernian 3 - Scottish Cup Quarter-Final (18,000)
Goalkeeper John Bell blamed himself for this cup defeat by Hibernian, so much so that after the game he changed without speaking to anyone and walked out of the ground, never to return. In truth it was Rangers' inefficiencies up front that were as much to blame, for they missed two penalties during the match.
1889 - Ibrox hosted the Scottish Cup final for the first time, with a crowd of 11,000 attending the match between Queen's Park and Vale of Leven, the latter side having ended Rangers' interest in the competition at the third round stage after a replay. Queen's Park and Vale of Leven fought out a 1-1 draw and a replay was scheduled for the following week, also at Ibrox.
1908 - Hamilton Accies 2 Rangers 2 (Livingstone,McDonald) - Scottish League Division One (6,000)

1930 - Motherwell 2 Rangers 5 (Fleming 2,McPhail 2,Archibald) - Scottish Cup 3rd Round (27,500)
1936 - Dunfermline Athletic 2 Rangers 6 (Fiddes 3,Turnbull,Drysdale,McPhail) - Scottish League Division One (9,000)
1941 - Clyde 0 Rangers 3 (J.Smith 2,Gillick) - Southern League (20,000)

1958 - Forfar Athletic 1 Rangers 9 (Murray 3,Brand 2,Simpson 2,Hubbard,McColl) - Scottish Cup 2nd Round (8,066)
Any of the home supporters in the 8,066 crowd who were expecting a possible shock were soon in for a rude awakening as Rangers took command right from the off and powered their way to a 9-1 win. Max Murray led the scoring with a hat-trick and was to end the season with nine Scottish Cup goals to his credit, having scored in every round bar one,the semi-final replay, which Rangers lost
1964 - Rangers 3 (Wilson 2,Forrest) Partick Thistle 0 - Scottish Cup 3rd Round (62,000)
1967 - Stoke City 3 Rangers 1 (D.Smith) - Friendly (13,719)

2003 - Rangers 1 (Severin OG) Hearts 0 - Scottish Premier League (49,459)
2009 - Celtic 0 Rangers 0 - Scottish Premier League (58,766)
2014 - Ayr United 0 Rangers 2 (Law, Daly) - Scottish League One (8,449)

2000 - Vidmar scored a screamer. lowndes equalised in last minute.

2009 - probably the second most boring OF game I've been at. We perked up a bit towards the end but it was largely uneventful

1996 we made hard work of it that night,,im sure we were 1 down quite late into the game,,charlie nicholas ( and ponytail) playing for clyde that night if memory is correct

1992 and 1996 I think we were 1 down at half time in both these cup ties.

The Clyde one was a Thursday night.

2009: McGregor absolutely wiped out Scott Brown and Boric made a tremendous save to stop McManus from scoring an own goal.

2014: Emilson Cribari came in from the cold and actually played well by his standards. Reverted to type following appearance.

Mind listening to the Motherwell game on the radio and thinking we were going out.

2009 - Did Burke miss a good chance near the end? This was the last time I set foot in that dump, only time I was in the top tier.

Burke had left by then.
Think the one he had a chance late on was McLeish's last game against them in 2006. The game Moses Ashikodi came on for the last 5 seconds. It was also 0-0.
