1995 - Juventus 4 Rangers 1 (Gough) - European Champions League Group C (49,825)
Although Rangers went into the match with hopes that they might salvage a point or two in their own quest for the cup, they ran up against a side of different quality and destined to lift the cup the following May. The game was over as a contest at half-time with Juventus already 3-0 ahead and there was a real danger that Rangers were in line for one of their heaviest defeats in Europe. Fortunately for Rangers, Juventus relaxed slightly in the second half, scoring only one further goal and allowing Richard Gough to grab one for Rangers.

my first euro game

1913 - Third Lanark 2 Rangers 4 (Logan,J.Bowie,Parker,Paterson) - Scottish League Division One (30,000)

Jimmy Bowie scores the second in a good result over the Hi Hi

95 - A great trip with Abronhill Loyal ruined by the 90 mins of football, Goram once again stopping it being worse, another disappointing aspect was the stadium, a crumbling dump.

2001 - brilliant 2nd leg in Moscow.

We could have went really close in the UEFA Cup that season.

Narrow last 16 defeat to Feyenoord who went on to win it.

1978 we all thought that was us out.

But 2 weeks later our mood changed!

1976 - I was one of the 15,000 who attended that game. I was at the first leg at Ibrox and got an eyeful of Mr David Cooper for the very first time. I missed the second leg at Kilbowie, but with the teams tied after two legs it was round 3 of the contest at Ibrox. It went to extra time but neither team could score and the teams went ahead with the replay at Firhill on the following evening. It's amazing to think that that actually happened.

1997 - Rangers 7
(Negri 4,Gascoigne 2,Laudrup) Dunfermline Athletic 0 - Scottish Premier Division (49,696)

Negri might have got 4 but Gascoigne was man of the match. He was brilliant that day.

Turned one of the Dunfermline players by chesting the ball backwards over his own head and the oncoming player! Class.

1997 - (Negri 4,Gascoigne 2,Laudrup)

The talk at the time was this was going to be Gazza's last game. Crystal Palace and Sunderland were both sniffing about at this point and his agents were angling for a pay day through a new contract or a transfer.

1995- Hiding behind the couch after 20 mins!

Still think they (Juve) were drugged up to their eyeballs!
