Pretty sure you get booked for coming off the line at penalties.

Got to be one of the strangest ends to a game I can remember. Icelandic boy that missed that penalty will never live it down - the only way the outfield keeper was saving that was if it was fired straight at him and that's what he chose to do.

He may have been booked for dissent. It’s not been cleared up.

When the rule was brought in at first they were definitely booking players but then it was stopped - not sure if that’s global or varies by Association.

The rule has changed too that any bookings from the 120 mins don’t carry over to penalties so if it was just one yellow in the shoot out it should not have been a second yellow.

Keepers supposed to get a warning too before they get booked for coming off their line but as you say it could have been for dissent.
