Pedro’s latest comments

There s plenty of lassies go to the games and pay there dough, if they want a team - well fine.
It might get more interest in the football club in general.

Not really possible as anytime he farts we have someone desperate to post it. I've genuinely no hard feelings towards him wasn't his fault the board thought he was the right man. I'd rather see him doing well than falling to bits just because he didn't do it here.
Why does any manager get a hard time when it’s the board who gives them the job?

But he is not really is he..if you sit back and think about it.

Standing (in a bush) in Luxembourg ranting about "offensive positional transitions,"after getting knocked out of Europe in June to Progres Neiderkorn < leading the troops in a karoake after losing to Raith Rovers in the Ramsdens Cup Final.

That was a baffeling thing to do, but you said he was the most embarrassing chapter in our history, do you not think Craig Whyte and being relegated was worse than having Pedro Caixinha as a manager?

Illogical rather than embarrassing would have been the better choice of words.

I know how we ended up with a shyster like Craig Whyte in charge, you can follow the sequence of events that led to us being in the position that a vulture like him could swoop in.

To this day I have no idea how, why, what or who led to the appointment of Pedro Caixinha as Rangers manager. Some no mark no one had heard of working in Qatar. The whole thing was beyond bizarre.

Context is massive though.

Under normal circumstance McCoist is seeing out a season in the top flight despite us being run by Whyte, going into admin, having minimal spend in the summer and making a bosman addition in January.

Pedro couldn't even see out a season despite being given a decent chunk of cash to spend in the summer and carte blance to rip up and rebuild a squad in his own design - Pedro worked at Rangers in circumstance McCoist could only dream about - in theory he isn't even lasting long enough to then be as shit as McCoist was in the lower leagues if the same circumstance had happened during his tenure.
Context is important
McCoist had two seasons of no competition to build a team capable of winning the Championship
A league where he had comfortably double, possibly treble the budget of the next biggest club and in some cases 10 times bigger or more.
To fail in that context is pretty spectacular
Hence the total lack of offers after he left

Agree with that.

Thankfully we didn't have to live through Pedro in the lower leagues to validate how pish he would have been at that level, albeit the small sample size we DO have against a part time football team twas pretty fucken grim viewing indeed, and that was with a team that far surpassed the budget even McCoist had to dispose of afore mentioned plumbers and joiners like Pedro was expected to do.... and failed.... with a wage bill and budget advantage that exceeded even that McCoist oft had.

Context like McCoist losing at home to Annan and Peterhead with 5 international players in his team?

Context like failing to win the Challenge Cup in 3 attempts?

Context like losing away to Stirling Albion even though their manager was away getting married?

Pedro was a disaster but when he left we were 4th in the Premier League and were “only” 8 points off top. When Ally left we were 9 points off top spot in the Championship ffs.

The last sentence in it's self shows the context of the situations in which the two managed us.

One managed us under as sturdy an ownership as we have had and was given full backing.

The other manager us under the ownership of people who have since taken the club to court numerous times.

We should never have been in the Championship for that to be the league which one of them departed us, one worked under far more trying circumstance than the other - one worked from a foundation of sand, the other a foundation of heavy investment into him and yet one made an utter roaring lady's front bottom of it to the point we simply couldn't continue with him only months after him spending said cash - thats a far worse "management" of us - one simply couldn't be kept much longer than a period of months to build a large CV of shambolic performances, albeit even in the months they were here they put in a pretty decent effort.

Mate, we spent more money in wages when we were in the third division than we did under Pedro. So please forgive me when I think the “difficult” circumstances is a dreadful excuse, finance wise anyway.

For the money mccoist was making, for the squad of players he had, for the standard of opposition we were playing, he is hands down the worst manager we’ve ever had.

McCoist won 9/10 in the SPL before the sh*t started to hit the fan under The Crook. McCoist was no Pep but I feel there's a lack of context applied to his time in charge, he worked under the worst bunch of crooks in the history of our football club in crazy, crazy circumstances. One of the biggest myths is the notion McCoist wasted an opportunity to build something when we went down to the lower leagues, there was no chance to build anything. We had a bunch of asset strippers at the club.

It might have been horrendous viewing for us those few seasons but Ally was the perfect guy to have in the hotseat at that time. We could be sitting with less trophies now if it wasn't for him and f*ck knows what else they'd have stolen from us if Green and Co managed to get a Yes Man in place.

Can we not just agree they were both really crap managers?

Is anyone remotely interested in what this buffoon says.It was bad enough listening to the mince he gibbered when he was our manager. When he left I was glad I would not have to listen to his rambling nonsense so,please no more news of this clown pretender, please please please.
