While the Club has faced a difficult period on the pitch, Celtic Chief Executive Peter Lawwell has reiterated the Club's determination to succeed this season and move forward together.
Peter Lawwell said: "Like all those with Celtic’s best interests at heart, everyone at the Club is feeling the same hurt, disappointment and frustration following the team’s recent results. We are accustomed to winning and, of course, our objective will always be for that to continue. There is no complacency whatsoever.
"Neil, the players and backroom staff, who have already done so much for the Club, share in all of that. They have never been more determined to succeed. Having enjoyed such sustained, unprecedented success, we now need strength in adversity.
"We know that many Celtic supporters share very honest and real concerns and they are being heard by the Club. Every decision taken, both on and off the park, is with the Club’s best interests at heart. This is not about any individual, but about Celtic Football Club as a collective.
"Together we have faced unique difficulties in the early part of the season. While some of these were beyond our control, of course we recognise we must improve. There is a long way to go and everyone at the Club is ready for the challenge.
"Later this month, Celtic will attempt what no other club in the world has achieved – a quadruple treble in domestic competitions. We can best prepare for that and for our other remaining competitions this season by moving forward together, with the sole aim of achieving continued success for the Club."

Always thought it was poetic justice that we would beat them for 55 on their "10iar" year and really compound their pain. The way its happening though, literally couldnt be better. Cant believe how full mental this has went so far, to the point they are trying to smoke lennon out by doing a merchandise boycott. How much further into madness can this go? Is it possible there might be genuine violence towards Lennon or the players?
 
I genuinely don't think we're too far away from Lawwell and/or Lennon needing personal security. If they drop anything on Sunday I think we'll see the biggest timplosion in most of our lifetimes.

If one of them mentions that theory to me, i will 100% agree with them with a giant smile on my face. Then i'll mention that he might as well stop supporting celtic since the game's a bogey anyway, right?
 
This to me seems very reminiscent of Murray with Eck at end of 2005. What was it again, looked into his eyes?

I believe it was later revealed (possibly by Mr. Edgar) that had Burley not had his issues which were picked up on during due diligence, that McLeish was away!

If it gained traction the piggery would be empty for the next 20 years, they already want season ticket money refunded.

I honestly can't believe they're sticking with him but it's brilliant news for us.

The players have clearly downed tools, the team are in complete free fall and there's no signs whatsoever of them improving. Just need another slip up in the league before we play them and we're golden.

So when will spfl take action action celtic and their fans for putting opposing team and officials
lives in danger after the game on Sunday. This is not the first time opposing players have been put in danger at this cess pit. Action required now by SFA/SPFL.
Maybe liewell won't allow it as he rules the roost with the sham organisations.
 
Not sure why everyone is revelling in this as its hardly a fucking ringing endorsement of TLB. he'll be gone within a week, particularly when they get utterly horsed by milan

They will continue to drop points whilst he's the manager. The players as you say have chucked it. St Johnstone and Killie at home would usually be straightforward for them. Now? They look very awkward. Even if they do get the win, the next dropped points will just be around the corner.

That would allow for the inevitable terrible refereeing decisions that are going to go against us and should not make too much of an impact on the overall score.
We will be most vulnerable to poor ref decisions if we are only winning by the odd goal.
 
Lieswell IMO a with this statement has proven once and for all their desperation to set a “world record of 4 trebles” and get recognition
