Claire Whyte supports Celtic, Celtic are the only team never to have been cited in this compliance officer nonsense but funnily enough Clare has helped her team on a number of occasions banning other teams key players. She also used to work for Harper MacLoed the law firm used by... You guessed it Celtic. The team that cry of things going against them are in actually fact controlling the Scottish game. Incidentally what club requested we have compliance officers in Scottish football... Yup you guessed it Celtic. This stinks Whyte's position is untenable conflict of interest and downright cheating. SPORTING INTEGRITY!get her out http://chng.it/fNbf5XXf

Has anyone ever confirmed that she was a season ticket holder there? And that she was involved in Celtic matters while at Harper Macleod?

Its a disgrace. Can look into challenges that refs supposedly didt see or that they deemed ref never done enough with. But unable to launch an inquiry into what is without doubt the biggest child sex abuse in Scottish sport. SFA are corrupt to the core. Rangers should be asking UEFA to look into their running of the game in Scotland.
For those shouting paranoia remember 5 way agreement....with held prize money...illegal transfer embargo....over exuberance....etc etc....that isnt paranoia it is fact.

As far as I'm aware, it is only FF rumour that she was a Season Ticket holder at The Dome and there is nothing concrete to suggest otherwise.

Likewise, it has been claimed on here that she worked at Harper McLeod and her husband worked at Beltrami & Co. Both of these were different people with similar names.

What is correct though, is that she gained her degree (under her maiden name) at The University Of Notre Dame, a Catholic University in Indiana.

Unfortunately, some info passed on here immediately becomes fact, without people doing any research for themselves and if it's incorrect, it doesn't help our case.

No, it makes us look like idiots which is why I was asking.

Was she not working as a Fiscal before she became the CO?

FANS RAGE SFA compliance officer Clare Whyte under fire as over 8,500 football fans sign petition for her resignation
The petition comes after the SFA judicial panel upheld a decision to hit Rangers No1 Allan McGregor with a two-match ban

MORE than 8,500 football fans have signed a petition calling on SFA compliance officer Clare Whyte to resign from her post.
The petition, on change.org, has racked up a large number of signatures in less than 24 hours.

McGregor will serve a two-match ban
It comes after the SFA judicial panel upheld a decision to hit Allan McGregor with a two-match ban.
The Rangers No1 was cited for his high challenge on Aberdeen star Lewis Ferguson during the Light Blues' 4-2 win at Pittodrie last week.

Whyte has overseen a number of citing incidents this season and the petition started by Jason Gillies, has called on her to step down or be axed.
After losing their appeal against McGregor's suspension, the Ibrox club called for a review of the disciplinary process as 'a matter of extreme urgency'.

McGregor failed to overturn ban after this tackle on Ferguson
Referee Bobby Madden took no action at the time but compliance officer Whyte issued the punishment after reviewing TV evidence.
McGregor attended the Hampden hearing in person to plead his case but was unable to get the punishment overturned.

The Ibrox club also failed in an appeal against the red card dished out to Alfredo Morelos in the same game with the Gers striker currently serving a three-game ban.
Whyte has had a busy week after a number of incidents.

Kilmarnock's Alan Power faced no further punishment despite catching Ryan Jack in the face with a high boot.
St Mirren's Paul McGinn also escaped a ban.
But Hibs new boy Darnell Johnston was banned for two games for his crunching challenge on Celtic's Emilio Izaguirre.

Edit. Now over 9,500 have signed the petition.

Just over a 100 signatures to go Bears and Bearettes. Get it signed!!!!!! Get her out!!!!!

mud sticks
she will be known as one whether true or not. Shes finished

There is no doubt the role is a joke but it is always good to get facts right.

Well aware they have a history of replacing a poet with another one but could be she is there as a useful idiot instead of them blatantly putting another poet in the role.

Football fans? Why are the mentally challengeds signing it?

The fat Japanese would make sure Dermot Gallacher (Irish ref, English league)got the gig.
Back to square one.
It’s Liewell the club should be calling out (holds far too much power and there’s a clear conflict of interest) only problem is the club are completely terrified to criticise anything Celtc.

Normally there’s a target number for a petition so that it actually goes somewhere like Downing Street for example .
