Players at Ibrox for a short time you wished we had seen more of?

Can't argue with the three in the OP. Especially Amato, that guy got the fans out of their seats. Could have been a very special player for us

I think Jim Forrest may apply to bears of a certain vintage.

I know all the auld yins in my family go on about it often enough.

What was it, something like 150 goals in 160 games before his 23rd birthday?

Fairly respectable stats I'd say.

I always had the feeling that Tugay left too soon but I'm not sure if that's just becuse he seemed like a really cool guy.

Amato definitely! will always wonder what might have been with Lewis Macleod under different circumstances

Michael Mols. Injury ruined him although he came back he was never as good.

Robert fleck

Edit: know it wasn't a short time just wish he was there longer

Gattuso is the obvious one for me, also wish Barry Ferguson hadn't left the first time especially after the horror injuries soon after.

He may have been even better if he had stayed put.

Most recently, Carlos Bocanegra – a classy player and a classy individual.
Everything we should look for in a Ranger.

Jan bartram
gabriel Amato
Marco Negri
Tugay
Carlos Bocanegra- and his defensive partner whose name I forget

Can I just shock you?

Stephane Guivarc'h. He didn't want to be here so we didn't have a choice but he was exactly what we needed to partner Mols. A penalty box striker - a World Cup winning one at that.

Definitely Carlos Cuellar for me. What a phenomenal first season he had.

On a more serious note, Cuellar for me. He was perfect for Scottish football, wasn't blessed with pace but he didn't need it. His positional sense/awareness was fantastic and it was a shame he left so soon.

Also think that Ross McCormack left too soon. Another who I think would've been suited to Scottish football.
