I think it's about upper level of gravity which makes it easier for them to float past opponents.Think it’s more about center of gravity myself.

Ah see, that's where I'm going wrongImpressive no doubt mate. I aim for low body fat and big arms so I'm good
Yes, in my room hardly a gym actually, its a set of dumbbells, a stretchy band thing and a barbell!Do you go to the gym?

Probably been doing weights in lockdown. To be fair some of them need bulking up to stop them getting knocked off the ball so easy.
I'm 13 stone, pretty fit and will go to the gym once they reopen.
is it just me or does it seem quite a few players have bulked up a bit.
We've all seen how much work Katic put in, but some of the training vids and pics makes it look like Kent, Kamara, Tav, Borna and Hagi have all beefed up a bit too.
Kent, Aribo, Kamara and Jack get knocked off the ball too easily (in my opinion) never mentioned a 'regular occurrence'.For example? You've just made that up haven't you? Who in our team gets knocked off the ball on a regular occurrence?
Heard on a What’s App group it was 4 stone!Morelos has added 3 stone

How's your aerobic endurance, lactate threshold and VO2 Max levels though?
That's what makes a real athlete.

Bah. Anything over 400 metres of running is just a waste of time.
Some of the players do look to have achieved some good development, which is a credit to them.
Personally, I think lower body development (like that of Morelos, who has hyper-developed glutes and legs generally) is most important. (I am not sold on the idea of footballers having overly developed upper bodies, as I think it simply means they have to shift a lot more weight around the pitch over the 90 mins.)
When I watched the Hamilton highlights I text my mate as soon as I seen him, he’s an absolute monster now.I noticed a huge difference in Aribo. He has clearly bulked up over the off season. Two examples below.
Mayo is a big unit of a boy.
Not seen much of him but heard he can play a bit aswell.
A picture that captures perfectly that moment when a body builder realizes they have completelly over done it and look like a right fanny.
Morelos ate him.
Who the feck injured Hagi

On the Hamilton highlights I was thinking that Bassey was a big unit and then realised it was Aribo's number when he turned round.I noticed a huge difference in Aribo. He has clearly bulked up over the off season. Two examples below.
