The ignorance from down south in general is unreal from my experience. They really have no idea and just assume all teams in Scotland are League 1 quality. The sheep would be comfortable playing in the English championship, in fact I think the top half of the SPFL would survive that league fairly easily.

I see a lot of Championship football down here in Leeds.

Outside of us & them, the top half of the SPL is similar in quality to mid to bottom half of championship. The likes of aberdeen & kilmarnock (last season) would have no difficulty in holding their own.

The bottom half of the SPL is similar to top half of league 1.
