Be interesting to see how this goes, with coverage kicking of tomorrow, all the way through to 27/12

Is it available to all Prime customers or do you need to upgrade your subscription in anyway?

I have a prediction:

It will go just fine, be a decent broadcast, without technical hitch, yet people will moan about it because it's change and not 'real TV'.

'streaming is rubbish' will be thrown about yet all Digital TV signals are streaming!!!

just any old prime mate, even the free trial works i believe

i pay 3.99 for prime using a student card (not a student mind you  ) . Well worth it

They are apparently doing a ‘Follow Every Game Every Goal’ stream ala the BT CL Goals Show or NFL Redzone.

Probably not going to catch much of it given our game is on Wednesday but interested to see how it is received.

Pubs will be raging. Another expence unless they stick in a firestick.

Don't know how that is gonna work. Not techie minded.

interesting to see how the boozers go about showing these games,im going to anfield on wednesday night, and i would assume most boozers will be wanting the game on, to a a good midweek pay off, that being the case im wondering if amazon prime are able to make some sort of provision to allow screenings in licensed premises,

Always thought 3pm UK games weren’t allowed to be shown in the UK?

money talks i guess

edit=oops i thought boxing day was a Sat

Are all these games on Amazon Prime?

Yes

The EPL allowed 4 match days to have all 10 games shown and thought both Sky Sports and BT Sports would pay the money for them but went unsold in 1st round of bidding

Amazon Prime bought 2 packages those as listed

BT Sport have New Year Day/2nd and 21st to 23rd 5 games their other 5 are in February winter break period as they were able to negotiate withe EPL on an amendment to those later Janaury rights

That explains why I couldn't see the games on sky or bt. I was thinking why aren't these midweek games on the TV. :D

So in England they can't legally show these in a Boozer can they?

Seen a few advertising them in Scotland mind.

Will be most annoying when your sofascore/livescore app pings before a goal goes in on the screen.

I deal with this watching our games abroad on RTV.

Wonder if there will be a delay in the feed and if so, how long .
I use BT Sport through my Xbox- think the delay is around 20-30 seconds most games.
Need to avoid the match thread on here if watching!

I know to many it’ll be petty, but that delay is the reason I can’t see internet sports services truly taking off.

Too many people use goal alerts, or twitter alerts, for their club and don’t like the delay these feeds have.

I know there are additional costs, but amazon need a proper tv platform.

Anyone know if I'll be able to cast from Amazon prime to the TV using Chromecast.
