I've just emailed to ask about them. Last time I did that they were on not long after they replied so hopefully it works againNo sign of the Real Betis (21/9), and Livingston (27/9) programmes going on sale yet.
Motherwell (23/9) and Aberdeen (30/9) on sale for anyone that doesn’t have the subscription.

I got a response:I've just emailed to ask about them. Last time I did that they were on not long after they replied so hopefully it works again
I got a response:
“Programmes will be put on sale once they have been confirmed and are ready for printing. I do not have an exact date, please keep a keen eye on the website.”
It’s not difficult to send out a notification through the multiple social media platforms when available?
I got that the last time too. I think that they just forget until we prompt them as the reply is a load of nonsense.I got a response:

It's not as if they aren't going to print one and they will have decided the size long ago not a few days beforehand
True. Liverpool, Dundee and Napoli went on sale on the same day last year. Matches weeks apart so definitely not “confirmed, ready for printing”.So they have Aberdeen (30 September) confirmed, ready for printing, and on sale.
But they don't have Betis (21 September) or Livingston (27 September).
They talk such shite.
I'm sure that was on sale for 10 minutes at 3 in the morning They must think that we are stupid and will believe anythingAye, like the QOTS one last season that 'sold out' despite no one ever catching a glimpse of it.

Motherwell arrived today but no sign of the real betis one yet
You know you’re dealing with a small company when a general enquiry over the phone is picked up by the company secretary/director.Still waiting on the Betis programmes and a couple I ordered from last season to add to the collection
the league ones have been coming in on time, I think that they wait for the returns from the cup matches that aren’t sold on the day outside the ground to send them out so that they aren’t printing too many.Betis (21/9) and Livingston (27/9) programmes delivered yesterday, 18 and 12 days late. Printers clearing their backlog so hopefully they get back on track over the international break.
Unfortunately Reach would have managed that busy period much better. Can’t go back to them, for obvious reasons, but imo L&S Litho is too small an operation for Rangers.
It’s a shame because they have had a good relationship with the club for many years. Sponsors of the foundation’s Hollywood Glamour Charity Ball next month.
If that is what they are doing it’ll be obvious when we get to the Sparta and Limassol matches. Not a busy period for home games.the league ones have been coming in on time, I think that they wait for the returns from the cup matches that aren’t sold on the day outside the ground to send them out so that they aren’t printing too many.
We've had 4 league games at Ibrox so that would be correct , friendly/cup/European need to be bought separately.Ive had 4 in total?
Cheers mate 1 was hamburg,so missing 1 not took much notice was mainly for the pointsWe've had 4 league games at Ibrox so that would be correct , friendly/cup/European need to be bought separately.
Good spot. Didn’t notice they switched back to second class. It got really good in that programmes would arrive the day after the match until after the last international break. The Betis and Livi cup game took about 2 weeks to come. Seems to be hit and miss. Noticed the tight arses have gone back to posting them second class too.

They also stop sending out the fan survey emails following the Old Firm debacle at the same time as they are trying to get a Fan Engagement Board off the ground. @Greg Marshall.Rangers have a problem with delivery to fans. Other than programmes there clothing items etc which although come from another source it is Rangers responibilty to provide a good service.
Also ticketing could be very much better and why not provide decent food out with hospitality.
Why are there not sufficient programmes printed before a match and despatched on a monday or day after week game.
It does not matter where you sit in the stadium or how and when you buy goods the service should be excellent and the club need to step up and look after those who keep the business going.
Fan surveys are still being sent out. They also stop sending out the fan survey emails following the Old Firm debacle at the same time as they are trying to get a Fan Engagement Board off the ground. @Greg Marshall.
Didn’t get Celtc or Betis emails. Must have resumed when I was away the last two homes.Fan surveys are still being sent out.
How about a fan survey on how bad the programme service is?Fan surveys are still being sent out.
We did Betis alsoDidn’t get Celtc or Betis emails. Must have resumed when I was away the last two homes.
Good to see them back.
I’ve fed back on it extensively last year. I would recommend getting in touch with our customer service team at contact@rangers.co.uk to flag up any ongoing issuesHow about a fan survey on how bad the programme service is?
I have on more than one occasion. At least we are only waiting 2 weeks now for some games rather than the 4 weeks last seasonWe did Betis also

The FAB is for strategic issues predominantly but will have the opportunity to feedback on anything.I’ve been in contact with Rangers already and the printers. The Co Sec asked me to provide some feedback which I sent today.
I expect we’ll feed into the FAB eventually and the service issues can be handled by them. A welcome move by the club.
I don't think that it's Ignition Sports Media that arrives early, it's Curtis Sport for away programmesViaplay Cup Semi-Final programme available to order now:
Scotland
Ignition Sports Media has become the largest business of its kind in UK sport with millions of match day programmes printed throughout the UK and Ireland every year covering football, rugby league, rugby union, cricket and more.www.ignitionsportsmedia.com
I’ve ordered from them several times. Good service, programmes always delivered before match day.
EDIT:
This edition will be posted out first class via Royal Mail on Friday 3rd November but is not expected for a pre-match delivery and should arrive in environmentally-friendly paper wrap no more than three working days after despatch.
