Every year since Gerrard arrived we have done well in Europe. The quarter finals were in our grasp for the third year in a row and this time we took our chance and managed to progress.

There will be many different narratives to try take this away from the team. The spin doctors are working overtime to find a negative angle. Don't let anyone tell you we are there due to luck.

We are there because Kent is a great player who rips teams apart, because Morelos bullies almost everyone he plays against, because Tav is exceptional at getting up the park and driving his team mate forward. We are there because this team play as a big unit nd they dig deep. We are there because they are often brave when the need to be. More importantly we are there because its where we fucking belong there!

It's like Christmas just now, reading the posts of the obsessed mentally challenged.
They've referred to us as a new Club since 2012. With no history, no trophies.. They love a reference to Sevco, but when you put them on the back foot by stating "Is it not a bit embarrassing that the football club you claim died in 2012, has gone much further than your lot In Europe, regularly, and still %^*& you off despite you trying to dislodge the awarded accolade of the world's most successful Football Club ?"
I mean, a new club with only one league trophy having gone further than the mHutants have in years, must be eating you lot right fckn up eh ?
