Qr code for Lyon game

Read earlier its QR code for Lyon and all four Europa league games .
Searched inbox , junk email and bin folders and nothing . Umpteen other emails from Rangers and went right to end of email and nothing . Money has come out of account .
Should I go over to ticket office tomorrow ⚽️

Look under rangers hospitality as for some reason that is the email address they sent them out under.

It comes up on my email that it’s from Rangers VIP Hospitality, just incase you are scrolling by, or have deleted, the email thinking it was something else. Email was sent Monday 16/9, after payment came off Friday 13/9.

Also randomly I have just been sent another ticket ???? so %^*& knows what is going on or which one to use.

Steaua payments have started coming off today, not that ticket is it?

There's been so many threads on this. The tickets were sent from a different email address, hospitality@rangers.co.uk on 16th September.
 
Just emailed them checked inbox , junk and bin folder. So many emails from rangers and hospitality ones are for match day experience
 
my seat wasn't available due to the works when I bought the tickets so had to select club deck

club just mailed me with updated tickets for my own seat
 
I deleted the email, never realised the ticket was on it so emailed them yesterday and they sent me a new QR code ticket today.
 
Didn’t get my Lyon ticket or maybe deleted as it came from hospitality address.

Either way contacted the Ticket office and sorted very quickly, they sent the email again.

They sometimes get stick, but my experience is of a well run and efficient Ticket Office team.

Old website you used to be able to go into history and resend email but had a look and don’t think you can do it anymore . Be good if they brought that back .
 
Never received my Lyon ticket, I got the email

resent, now it won't let me click on the PDF to open it

The home match information does have an example pic of the pdf you can’t click . I got that email and still have my original .
 
I still get mygers points for non attendance don't I?Man flu'd up can't see me making it and might not get rid of ticket.Only league games must be swiped?
