Radio Clyde regards Celtic FC child abuse

To be fair to him there have been so many incidents of abuse you’d be forgiven for thinking the football club was merely there to allow paedophiles access to kids.

Maybe that’s how St Pats should be viewed from now on.
 
We were told that if we hadn't had EBTs, then we wouldn't have had some of the good players that we did have.
That was their "in" for a football story.

Well, I'd suggest that if the good players that starred for CFC HAD known more about the multiple child abuse, the cover-ups, and the likely existence of an organised paedophile ring within that club ....
That a lot of them, being family men, wouldn't have even countenanced joining CFC.

There's the "football" story:
"Would Petrov and Larsson and Moravcik and all the others have joined CFC, if they had known that that club was covering up child abuse ?"

It would be interesting if somebody clever could get round to directly asking such CFC "stars" that very question ....

Also if the abuse wasn’t covered up, the place would surely not have been allowed to have a youth team. How many players would cel’ic have missed out on if their crimes weren’t covered up?

The 40 year cover up has allowed Shame FC to attract a higher quality of player than it should have been able to

RC is a disgusting mhedia outlet along with STV (or as the folk who work their who call it Tim TV) BBC Scotland and most of the papers up here

They are selective in what they allow on the phone in

Not one single call to debate the paedo activity

RC should be embarrassed that they refuse to cover this football related issue

Covering up for the paedos at Shame FC shows that is the priority

Protect the club at all costs

Ignore the safety of the kids
 
Make out as if you’re calling to talk about something else, then steer it in that diversion quickly with a hard hitting question before you’re quickly cut off and leave them horrified.

Clyde should be completely black balled by our support. Take no part in anything charity wise that they organise either. No listeners=no revenue=no more Clyde.
We have to hurt these b---ards financially.
A radio station who gain from Celtic are never going to be fair.

Radio Clyde is a joke anyway. Why someone would choose to listen to parochial drivel, shite music and endlessly repeated adverts is beyond me. Must be a mentally challenged thing.
 
RC should be banned by the club

They allowed hundreds of callers to defame our club over EBTs

They have not allowed ONE single call on the show when potentially 100’s of kids have been sexually abused at Shame FC

They are suppressing the story and morally our club should tell them they are no longer welcome unless they allow fair and balanced coverage

Quite sickening how much of a grubby little cesspit Scottish football, Scottish politics and the Scottish media has become.
 
Radio Clyde have indeed been complicit in giving the biggest ever scandal in Scottish football history a body swerve but they're certainly not alone.
They're one wee poxy local radio station so you have to ask why none of the other Scottish media including many other radio stations, newspapers or television totally ignore this scandal.
Political interference (someone like John Reid) or direct interference from the club (threats from Liewell of legal action or just even good old fashioned threats to withhold their advertising).
Something's certainly wrong....we need to know why!

People like him really piss me off, what we should be doing is to contact the English press and let them know how the events up here compared to Bennell are being reported, the silence from the bheasts and their compliant mhedia along with the football authorities is staggering.
 
There will be no chance whatsoever of anyone being allowed to phone in to discuss this. Radio Catholica will cover up for the paedos at all costs. Any bears who advertise their businesses on the programme should withdraw their advertising and tell them they can’t advertise on a station that covers this sort of thing up

It happened in a football club by people employed and working alongside the football club. It was covered up by the management at the football club. The football club was used as bait for the kids and the football properties were used as the location.

How the %^*& can it be nothing to do with football?
 
Well let’s show that it is a footballing matter.
Let’s say the SFA did their job and ordered Celtic to disband their youth setup for a period of 10 years. How many titles, cups and millions of pounds in transfer fees would that have cost Celtic?
