Russell Nash or @RSEA has approved this post admin.

As part of the club's marking of the 50th anniversary of the 2nd January 1971 Ibrox disaster The Blue Order were approached by Rangers to provide the absent friends banner to be displayed in the stands on the anniversary of that fateful day.

The club gave a small number of the official Always Remembered badges to The Blue Order as a mark of thanks, this gesture was greatly appreciated by the guys involved.

The Blue Order have decided to donate one of the badges in aid of RSEA.

We've been in touch with @RSEA and he has asked that we run the raffle which we are delighted to do, it's fitting that this auction will be the first fundraiser after the news emerged that RSEA passed the £1,000,000 mark in monies raised for our ex-servicemen and women who are cared for at Erskine.

Every £5 donation will receive 1 x entry into a random draw to be drawn 19:00 Thursday 21st January 2021.

Good luck!

Might want to change the thread title mate.
People thinking it's an auction might not take part.
Brain fart mate, TBO were very keen that it had to be raffled not auctioned.

Gives everyone a crack of the whip instead of those who are in a good position financially outbidding folk.

A total of £700 was raised for Erskine, absolutely fantastic response. Thanks to all who participated, the raffle was drawn and a video will be uploaded in due course to keep everything above board.

The winner was Ross McIntosh, congratulations!

Unfortunately the winner has not left contact details on the JustGiving page so if Ross could make contact we will verify his credentials and arrange for the badge to be delivered to you!

Still looking to get in touch with the winner of the raffle, Ross McIntosh.

Would be grateful if fellow bears could share this on FB, Twitter etc in order that the badge can be delivered to Ross.

I can only assume that he hasn’t seen the raffle on here but on social media as he’d have seen this on here by now I’d imagine.

Please share.
