In the mid-nineties, when not long sober for the first time. I attended an AA meeting in Brookwood Hospital, Surrey. All the way through the meeting, an old english alkie sipped his way through a bottle of Scotland 1978 WC aftershave.

I regret not asking him where he managed to source it.
