Rangers/Douglas Laing Whisky

Any chance of a copy and paste, mate?

Didn’t get an email.
Douglas Laing, in partnership with Rangers Football Club, are delighted to unveil an exceptionally rare Single Cask Single Malt specially bottled to commemorate the 150th Anniversary of the most successful club in the world.

Aged for 30 years, only 150 bottles of this Anniversary bottling from Bunnahabhain Distillery on Islay have been released.

As a Rangers VIP client, we would like to offer you the unique ability to be one of the very first to purchase one of these limited-edition bottles.

This whisky has been developed to a set of traditions that are relentless in the pursuit of excellence and the whisky is bottled “as natural as it gets”, without colouring or chill-filtering, and at natural cask strength. This has ensured that this specialist single cask single malt is delivered to you in all its natural glory.

Hand signed edition - only 20 bottles available.

Hand signed by Tav.

Oooft that’s tempting. Will this hold/increase its value?
I would say no unless it becomes desirable amongst Rangers fans.

A Bunnahabhain 30yo typically sells for around £500 so you are already paying well over the odds for the Rangers branding.

If it was a Macallan or other distillery with a large following of collectors it would go up easily but dont think that will happen here.

You will have a quality whisky though!

That looks great, would probably have bought one if I hadnt looked at my credit card statement and found out I bought the Barcelona 72 pennant set and poster set for £500 whilst steaming a few weeks ago :D

I had 2 bottles off the 30 year old port dundas. Consumed one and now thinking of selling the other. Does anyone have experience in selling via online auction sites etc. What is the best site to use if so?

Someone on here will know, mate.

I’d be interested, too, quite fancy selling a set of Game Of Thrones whiskies.

It’s red i’m after as well mate.

I’ve gave up looking. Was occasionally checking auction sites last year and noticed a couple had went for several hundred quid but they really are scarce.

They fûcked up by allowing multiple buys of the red one.

If we win the EL league i might just neck the blue and white ones:))
What are the red white and blues one can you send link what they look like ?

Mines is order number 22 but says one of 20 bottles signed by Tav ?

Fuckin better be, Just paid a grand.

I finally managed to complete the set tonight and got the red bottle that had eluded me for ages, I'm absolutely delighted to add this to the collection.
I can't thank @Plantation pioneer enough for meeting up and doing a swap, I really hope you enjoy the bottle mate. It was also a real pleasure to have a good conversation with you and amazing to realise we have quite a bit in common.
Thanks again and hope to see you in Sevilla, I'll even buy you a drink or 2 ;)
