Rangers TV and adverts

With Rangers TV picking up the European games and showing all home games to subscribers in UK and abroad I wonder why they don’t sell more advertising during broadcast.

You would think viewer numbers would easily be in excess of 100K which would be more than the majority of satellite or cable channels and ould be a decent revenue earner.

Is there any reason why they wouldn’t be allowed to do this?

They had an advertiser a few years ago, Flamingo Land I think it was. It was strange though because at the time, the games were only being broadcast outside of the UK and this place was in England so it seemed pointless.

It'd be a good revenue maker if they could do it now I think.

I suppose the problem is which audience to target given that a huge number are all over the world.

Tom could earn an extra buck or two while we're at it...

Yes. We need to maximise every and any revenue stream. Especially with no fans in the ground
