Rangers TV Problem

Bear in Canada here. At work, son at home. He has just purchased a 1 month membership. Previously paid for individual games. He can get the game on his phone but on the lap top (we hook it up to our TV) RTV rejects his email address and seems to think he is in the UK. Any ideas? Is there any tech support available?

Couldn’t airplay to Apple TV tonight, always worked in the past. Very stop start too.

Wouldn’t play on Apple TV for me either. Just spinning never loaded

Yeah not that great in the second half for me was having to refresh every 5 mins thought the Apple TV would work but it just spins, noticed as well that I can’t log out either press the button and nothing happens anyone else have this problem?
