Rangers v Cambridge Utd closed doors Tuesday 16th July

Hutchison was centre back Nigerians were a striker and left-back..

In less than half a game none excelled and none were a disaster. Just an OK verdict for all three.

Last I heard Max Hutchison was playing for Bishop Stortford. That was a season or two ago when he was 16 right enough. Any idea who he's with now or is he the proverbial 'free agent' mate?

Also, is it 'normal' to have Trialists in this age group?

So, FF detectives...

- Left Back
- Nigerian
- Possible name Godwin or Noah

- Striker
- Nigerian
- Possible name Godwin or Noah

Purely random, but how about Noah Ohio. Announced on Twitter 19 hours ago that he's leaving the Man City Academy. Centre forward. Aged 16. And I'm not saying he's the guy in the photo, purely going by the name and the Man City/Mark Allen link. Plus we've recently taken another youngster from Man City so must be watching them.

Only a guess I stress.

EDIT: and it doesn’t tie in with him being supposedly Nigerian.

That’s who I was told it was, suggested that was him on twitter

Bloody Hell. As I said it was purely a guess after a search for players called ‘Noah’ ha ha. How sad is that? Appears to be of Dutch/English parentage as he’s represented both countries. Rumours said Nigerian though?

He’s very highly rated IF it is him.

Would make a lot of sense giving the Mark Allen Man City youth connection

No chance is the guy in that photo 16.

I certainly didn’t say the guy in the photo is 16. I simply suggested that ‘the striker, possibly with the name Noah’ was Noah Ohio who has just left Man City and is 16.

Dunno if that’s him in the photo or if that’s the other guy who played at left back. The link I posted to his Twitter account has photos of Noah Ohio and he does look a big lad right enough. Twitter link seems to be down right now though. @ID10 says that’s the name he heard as well.

If it is this guy he looks to be well thought of.

It does seem unlikely though as he’s supposedly off to RB Leipzig and he’s not Nigerian, as per the rumours.

Barjo is lethal from outside of the box. Still think he's got an outside chance of making it.

Another loan spell this year would be best.

I'll crack the jokes. He'll be doing well to find another SPFL team.

Atakayi on the other hand, he has something about him for sure.

Godwin was the FB and I was told the striker was called Onah not Noah, could be a mistake though.

We will find out if either joins I guess. I have to say, if it WAS the lad Noah Ohio from Man City I don’t think we’d be fielding him as a Trialist. He seems highly enough thought of that it would be a real coup if we were able to get him and we wouldn't be putting him on ‘trial’ we’d be shouting from the rooftops that we’d signed him. His record at international level, for both England and The Netherlands, is short but impressive.

Be great if it was him but I’m sceptical. Rumours suggested a Nigerian.

Its not Ohio mate, looks nothing likes him.

The striker was Ebuka Onah, Nigerian lad who plays for John Utaka Football Academy.

Left back was Bright Godwin.

I think it’ll be favours to agents giving them a trial.

Nah I wasn't targeting it at you, was simply saying there's no chance in hell a guy built like that could be 16 haha

Sounds eminently more feasible than the Man City guy unfortunately.

No worries mate, looks like I was absolutely miles wild of the mark with my ‘guess’ after all. I blame the folk going on about Noah rather than Onah ha ha.
