Rangers Women Season 21/22

Looks like we are trying to turn Brogan Hay into a Kent-style number 10. Its not working in this game - so far. She's not seeing enough of the ball.

How did the players stay sharp - they are playing against players they are light years ahead week on week. It’s impossible to prepare for a meaningful game against city with this opposition.

When she sticks to the basics she’s fine, her delivery is outstanding and her credentials speak for themselves, but at times she tries to be Messi instead of being a left back.

She reminds me of Steven Whittaker. She moves the ball like he did. Not sure full back is her best position.

Not the women’s team but our 16s girls gave Hearts a 5-2 beating through in Edinburgh yesterday. Hearts went 1-0 up early but we fought back to go 2-1 up at half time and then 4–1 fairly early in the second half before Hearts pulled one back.

She’ll take the chances that were missed last year, she’s different class
Ultimately, Ross will be the difference. A striker who is too good to play in this country.

For all the pressure Rangers had like this in games last season, they were incredibly wasteful in front of goal. They put the game to bed early yesterday and Ross looks as sharp as ever.

FWIW Hamilton's GK was a last minute replacement as their GK broke her leg training this week and their other choice is on loan from Rangers.

Hard one for Hamilton just coming back up but this wont be the only hammering Rangers dish out over the season.

Absolutely.

Tough task for Accies yesterday but it’s impossible to compete when you have a team training every day with the best of facilities and sport science etc against a team of girls that train 3(?) nights a week and have full time jobs/education in between and that showed yesterday. Teams will lose heavier than 7 to Rangers this year.

Can i ask if any bears who watched the ladies know if there were spectators at the game as my grandson playing at training complex next weekend.
