Rangers have messed up no email for Real Madrid signed up for friendlies not good why has this
happened?
happened?
Not to divert the thread (got no email and didnt tick friendlies, so only hoping for the Livi ballot, which based on this shambles doesn't look promising). The only system that ever seemed to work fairly for tickets was the old TC, something the Club management in ticketing schemes/arrangements chose to dump.
Who says that the people who are being offered the tickets didn't want to go?I don’t think I’ve seen anyone act like that.
what you are seeing is people (rightfully) pissed off that people who don’t want a ticket to a game getting them ahead of those who did
I really don’t understand what’s going on. I got the email for Brighton around 3:30pm but I was too busy to go online and get one then. I’ve been trying since around 5pm and I can’t get one for love nor money. I’ve tried pretty much every single stand and section and keeps saying none available. It would be handy if there was the usual online map of seats available so you could pick one!
Real kick in the teeth this, especially seeing people getting Madrid who haven’t ticked friendlies and I have.
Livi should be a straight ballot between the season ticket holders.I think here the numbers being talked about who tickets friendlies is about 9k. There should, on that basis be 3500 getting Real tickets beyond those who ticked it.
Does look like it's not be a perfect situation though from any point of view if those who ticked got Brighton as a priority then didn't get a Real option.
I can see why folk who are upset. They should have had the option to choose if they ticked it. I bet even a good number wouldn't have taken Real as the date didn't suit but the choice should have been there.
Can understand the club doing what they've done to get more people in to the games though. Maybe those who've lost out on Real should be given a priority in the Livi ballot as recompence?
But the Home Friendlies CCCS is different to the All Non Season Ticket Home Games CCCSWho says that the people who are being offered the tickets didn't want to go?
I'm not in the cccs for the simple reason that I am not interested in going to Hampden not because I don't go to every home game (which I do).
All signing up to the cccs does is tell the club to automatically take money out of your account not to put you ahead of fellow season ticket holders for games at Ibrox.
A fact some seem to be missing.
Hah I don’t think many don’t want to see rangers play madridWho says that the people who are being offered the tickets didn't want to go?

Are you giving it back? It’s a genuine disgrace that people who signed up for friendlies are missing out and people who didn’t sign up for them are getting Real Madrid tickets.
I say that as someone who didn’t sign up for the friendlies and got a Real Madrid ticket too btw.
Just be like them to exclude anyone who got a friendly ticket in the prior ballots (purely selfish thought from me )Livi should be a straight ballot between the season ticket holders.
1 in 3 chance there should be no priority at all.

The ticket office has consistently been the most haphazard part of the club in the whole time I have been buying tickets myself from the mid 90's.Not to divert the thread (got no email and didnt tick friendlies, so only hoping for the Livi ballot, which based on this shambles doesn't look promising). Signing up to the cccs allows the club to guarantee certain attendances for less glamorise early round home cup ties.Who says that the people who are being offered the tickets didn't want to go?

I’ll take itSilver MyGers, didn't tick friendlies and got RM.
I don't even want to go. I'm more looking forward to Livingston
People who are getting Real Madrid tickets had the chance to tick the friendlies box like everyone else, so your well off the mark there. It's clear what the club have done is offer everyone on the cccs a ticket (there seems to be a misconception that cccs are only being offered Brighton tickets which is not true) and then offered the remaining tickets to ST/My Gers members.
I get why people would prefer the Real Madrid game (obvs) but I think its fair that ST/My Gers members are offered a ticket.
People are acting like its folk off the street that are getting the Real tickets.
Do you think that is fair?
I fully understand your delighted but would you be if we were playing Bury?
Changed his tune again
This makes sense then as to why I got Madrid and appear to have the option to purchase Brighton
'May' being the word!
They didn't tick the box for friendlies. That kinda means they aren't interested. It's got nothing to do with CCCS. You either tick the friendly games box or you don't. You can still be on CCCS doing either.Who says that the people who are being offered the tickets didn't want to go?

Tbf he isn’t making it upChanged his tune again
Tickets shouldn’t go to ‘standard’ season ticket holders until EVERYONE who wanted friendlies have been offered one.
Absolutely. Greg doesn’t work for the club. He is the middle man.Tbf he isn’t making it up
he’ll be getting told what to put out
I’ll tak it off yer handsSilver MyGers, didn't tick friendlies and got RM.
I don't even want to go. I'm more looking forward to Livingston
Did he not say the opposite a couple of hours ago? This is what people are raging about, they make out like there’s some sort of system in place when they make it up as they go along.
He must have been making up his responses to other tweets as it contradicts.Tbf he isn’t making it up

Someone's already beat u to it I'm afraid mateI’ll tak it off yer hands
Who pays his salary?Absolutely. Greg doesn’t work for the club. He is the middle man.
It is these friendlies have nothing to do with the Livi game ticket wise.Livi should be a straight ballot between the season ticket holders.
1 in 3 chance there should be no priority at all.
He quite literally does work for the clubAbsolutely. Greg doesn’t work for the club. He is the middle man.
I’m not signed up to CCCS but have mygers and seem to be in a minority going by this thread as someone who HASNT got one. My Dad has and he’s the exact same combo. My ST is in club deck, I dunno if anyone in the club deck got one? Could that be a potential issue? It’s a genuine disgrace that people who signed up for friendlies are missing out and people who didn’t sign up for them are getting Real Madrid tickets.

I thought it a scheme set up and part funded by the sfa?He quite literally does work for the club
Yes.Did he not say the opposite a couple of hours ago? This is what people are raging about, they make out like there’s some sort of system in place when they make it up as they go along.
That’s the point people wanting to argue are missing, nobody is angry at anyone who’s been given a ticket or feels like they’re more deserving. They have ballsed this up and they either have to apologise or rectify it
I thought it was a scheme set up and part funded by the sfa.Who pays his salary?
That still reads you only get 1 out of Brighton and Madrid.
Anyone else arse making buttons with this queue? Said 5 minutes, then 10, then 20, now 45
I'll sit anywhere, let me in!!
No always been a club employee role for years. Jim Hannah did it for yearsI thought it a scheme set up and part funded by the sfa?
The man is incompetent with a response like that when they found out they had made a mistake the ballot should have been done again it’s obvious the system is not fit for purpose when it can’t tell if your interested in going to a game and can’t be bothered to go to friendlysI think he’s saying if you’re allocated a ticket for Brighton it doesn’t matter if you buy it or not you’re out the ballot for RM.
But that’s not what’s folk are upset about.
