I'll second that.Would be good to get a big meet up of fellow ulster based posters off this forum.
Like the idea of an 'RSC crawl' ....highly doubt it would go according to plan but would be a laugh trying

Our bus stopped in the middle of Newry on the way back to Ballymena. We were attacked if you want to call it that by a very angry 19th Century Terrorist coming out of a pub called mcswiggans. He opened the door at the back somehow. Didn't end well for him lol.Oi, if you lot are planning a tour don’t forget your South Armagh friends down here!
Will see how staunch you all are when the bus drops you off in the middle of Newry lol

It would certainly give us something to look forward to. We may need to do it over a couple of weekends though! We could possibly look into it mate. Gauge interest on here for fellow ulster bears and arrange a meeting place in Belfast and have a bus take us round them.
I think it was your rangers top he spotted lol. I blame youDidn’t end well for us either mate, we lost our carry out

A man with a plan. I like your thinkingYeah first weekend the clubs in Belfast carrick whitehead and larne.
Next weekend Limavady, clough and garvagh and maybe a few other blue nose bars up that way in north antrim
I agree don't limit it to one day out. Plenty of good rangers bars to go around. We've been kept out of bars long enough let's enjoy it.A man with a plan. I like your thinking
North Ulster day, Belfast day, County Down/Armagh day.......this thing could grow legs!I agree don't limit it to one day out. Plenty of good Rangers bars to go around. We've been kept out of bars long enough let's enjoy it.
And lose power in them very quickly lol.North Ulster day, Belfast day, County Down/Armagh day.......this thing could grow legs!

Lol aye mate im full of big chat. Likely be flat on my face by tea time! And lose power in them very quickly lol.
100% mate. Pretty sure I can get a few interested from Garvagh. A selected few.....nae arseholes!Defo mate. A lot of good Rangers bars across the country will be struggling when lockdown lifts. We should try and maybe sort days out to the clubs in each area. Get a list of clubs and bars where the Ulster RSCs meet and give each bar a turn.
I’m defo gonna look into it
Mate I feel your pain. A big day out on a Saturday still hitting me in work on a Monday night now lol.Lol aye mate im full of big chat. Likely be flat on my face by tea time!
I was a long time member in Whitehead and lots of friends in Carrick. If your needing help arranging anything give me a shoutDefo mate. Think dungannon also have a club.
Would that be "In the County Tyrone near the town of Dungannon"?
I think there are Rangers clubs in Enniskillen and Omagh too.
Also, does anyone know if the RSC in Lisburn still going?
It was great in the days when bus runs between clubs were a regular occurrence. We were spoilt in Whitehead because we picked up the STV games and buses came from all around.
Getting those, even once a year, bus runs going again could make a huge difference for clubs.
Yes there is definitely at least one club still on the go. Met a few guys on the way back from feyenoord from a club in lisburn.Would that be "In the County Tyrone near the town of Dungannon"?

Whitehead club was always good. I know a few boys who went there every fa cup final day they loved it. Would have a drink round Carrick a lot of good bears down there too.I was a long time member in Whitehead and lots of friends in Carrick. If your needing help arranging anything give me a shout
Rathfern always came down FA cup day. Wouldve served them all day long.Whitehead club was always good. I know a few boys who went there every fa cup final day they loved it. Would have a drink round Carrick a lot of good bears down there too.
Gies peace.For what reason?
The club is doing well the past couple of years. That is true. Couldn't tell you the last time I was in clough Rangers. Used to be a real good bar for matches when I was young. Any idea how it's going now.
Yeah there’s ballinamallard RSC I know the lads who run it, and also a co. Fermanagh loyal who I think runs trips a few times a year.
The omagh one is still going they are a member of the north ulster federation.
As far as I know Lisburn club is still running strong, they are pretty active on their fb page which I follow
many a night we drove to clough to see sunday games and euro nightsDefo mate, clough used to be the same, it was only place round north antrim you could watch the games. Used to be packed out on a weeknight or Sunday afternoon when the games were on

60 is the number quoted in this article.
Taken from Rangers Football Club - The Ulster Connection book by Billy Kennedy, published in 2019.
"Northern Ireland has 60 Rangers supporters' clubs and groups, with members who travel regularly to Ibrox Park.
The Rangers clubs are located throughout the province with a number having their own premises for meetings and social gatherings.
A number of the clubs are affiliated to several supporters' federations who coordinate tickets and travel arrangements for games at Ibrox Park.

I’ll be honest, a tad disappointed with the starting point. I know we don’t have a social club as such but Maiden City RSC now run out of the Glendermott House and Claudy RSC operate from the Beaufort Hotel. Not a mission are you all starting in Belfast and making it to Limavady
My bet would be Carrick or whitehead at best

It’s a cracking idea though for the bus trip, helps bears network outside of social media-filled sodas to start the day off though!!!
It’s a brilliant idea, especially once the restrictions are lifted to give the clubs& pubs a cash boost. We ain’t watching games at Ibrox this year realistically so why not organise a few bus legs of Ulster to tie in with the games on the tele. A few great ideas already mentioned-a Belfast leg on its own. There’s enough around the Antrim coast to justify another. Get the map out AlbertzIf things go to plan and we do get something organised we could do pub crawls of the RSC bars and clubs round the different areas. As was mentioned last night it doesn’t have to be confined to one weekend
That list in the book is well out of date and I mean well out of date!Taken from Rangers Football Club - The Ulster Connection book by Billy Kennedy, published in 2019.

Does anyone know of any additional RSC other than these above?
Of ones I'm aware of, the following existing RSC aren't listed in the book:
Randalstown Rangers, Co Antrim
Markethill Loyal, Co Armagh
Berlin Loyal (Shankill Road), Belfast
Ballywalter Loyal, Co Down
Largy True Blues is listed as both Co Antrim and Co Londonderry. I assume its an error or do they both exist?
