His time there has been strange from the start. Never ever really wanted to be there but looks like he will see out his contract.

In all honesty, Conte hasn't been good for spurs.
Some of the decisions he's made have been truly baffling.
He's acting like he hasn't been backed but he has, his refusal to change his formation, game plan, eye bleeding football it's awful stuff.
Spurs squad isn't as bad it as it looks.

He's not as good as Son, Kane or Kulusevski so there's no real mystery here
He seems to fit the no.9 role better though like he did with Brazil - he possibly has a shot at being their main man if Kane leaves.

Never go out looking to win a game straight away. You would be aswell just switching a Spurs game on at HT as the first half is 90% of the time a complete borefest.
Conte started him playing at right wing back which was odd. He's better for Brazil playing centrally but with Kane in that squad that's never going to happen.
Don't think he's a bad player and will bang them in elsewhere.

well when they paid that he was a starting centre forward for one of the world cup favorites keeping jesus out the team, had scored goals pretty much every year for watford and everton so knew the prem league. so i dont necessarily think it was the wrong price given some of the numbers bandied around for isak, gordon, etc. and even now am sure they would recoup most of that if they sell.
That was obvious from his Everton days, mental signing and an annoying cvnt.
The EPL keeps getting madder.
