Wondering if anyone else has had a chance to watch to watch GVB welcome behind the scenes? Amazing being able to see the first meetings with staff/players etc. really gives you an insight into the whole thing (which I know is the point

Nice wee speech he gave at the training ground. I particularly liked the bit he told the staff we need to win prizes every season.Gio asking Jimmy if he still drives the bus.

That was excellent and Gio was excellent throughout it. His back room staff seemed to love the stadium but they’ve struck me in every bit of footage I’ve seen so far as being solid as %^*& professionals who are here to do a job and a good one at that.

That was great. Really professional and the facilities we now have are awesome. Every time you see and hear Gio, you get more and more convinced this is a really astute appointment.

Is RTV always this good? I signed up to watch Gio’s first interview and have really enjoyed the extended training clips etc. Is there just more good content because we have a new manager in place?

RTV is excellent in the content it churns out. I wouldn’t always expect the level and depth of content that’s there at the moment though.
They won’t churn out daily training videos for example, that’s just because GVB has just come in the door.

This is some of the best content the club has ever released. I loved how made up Gio was at getting a welcome message on the LED boards. Those wee touches matter.
Credit to the previous management where it's due for the role they played in getting these facilities upgraded.

What’s very telling for me is that his family, particularly his wife, looks genuinely happy about it
I don’t think Gerrard’s wife ever attended a match whereas Gio’s mrs has been over, been to a match etc and no doubt move over with him which will help

The way Tav, Simpson and Hagi were looking at at him. In awe and a lot of respect.
The second thing I noticed was his speech to the staff at the training complex, really uplifting and motivational. If you’re a player then this is the type of guy you would run through a brick wall for.

Fantastic video. Gio looks so proud to be here. He comes across as very sincere and that coupled with the enormous respect that he carries will do him well as our Manager.

Gio has been Arsenal, Barcelona etc winning Champions League, La Liga, EPL etc.
Captained Holland in a world cup final.
But to see his face in that video walking around Auchenhowie and Ibrox Stadium. Like he’s awestruck. He was impressed by the facilities.
One of his backroom staff shouts “THIS FEELING” on seeing our stadium from pitch.
Gio gets his own phone out, stands with his wife and son in front of the welcome signage and gets someone to take pics of himself, his wife and son on his own phone.
Gio, his staff and family all look invested. No egos. All look really excited and delighted to be here.

When he said "WE" need to do everything to win prizes, meaning the whole staff and Team was excellent, making everyone feel a part of it is key to success.
