That's actually a decent piece by Stephen McGowan.
That's the last 2 years when due to the winter break, things have went on far, far too long after us beating the tramps.
I am personally still absolutely mystified by this "3rd booking". As far as I was always aware, once you had saw "red" - you could get subsequent reds........but, no more yellows.
Billy Abercrombie got 3 red cards in one game.

Davie Bowman also managed five red cards in one game.
Dave spent the latter part of his playing career at Raith Rovers, Hong Kong club Yee Hope and finally Forfar Athletic, where he achieved the dubious honour receiving 5 red cards in one match and taking the Scottish record of a seventeen game suspension - all imposed for swearing at the match officials.

The Daily Mail piece about Bobby Brown is a really nice read. What a man!! My earliest recollection of him was as the Scotland manager, and the furore about him using the Half Back line of Greig, Mckinnon, Baxter(Sunderland at the time) before their Murdoch, McNeil, Clark.
