Season ticket holder non CCCS can't purchase USG ticket

As per the title I am a non CCCS season ticket holder, when trying to purchase my seat for the USG game the mesagae I get says
'no general sale available'.
I am logged in, and the season ticket window should be open until Monday, can anyone help or offer any advice?

The ticket should be in your basket automatically unless you’re being moved seats.

The ticket should be in your basket automatically unless you’re being moved seats.

It wasn't in the basket, while logged in I had to log back out then within the actual website choose a link on a random page that said
'season ticket holders wishing to purchase their own seats click here'
When pressing this while logged in all I received was the message
'you are already logged in'
I logged out and tried it, was then urged to log back in and taken to the page to purchase, an extremely poor website.
