Seat movers. How was it for you?

We moved from the CR to the Main stand rear. Our seats are level with the eighteen yard line at the Copland end. Delighted with our view. A good few empty seats around so no idea what the usual surrounding clientele will be like, although they might be wondering what they have to put up with me sitting next to them.

Negative. It's been yonks since I've been up in that part of the stadium and forgot about the number of steps to access the seats and the old knees are bad.

All in all, pleased I've made the move and can now see all of the pitch.

We have moved from CR to Main Stand rear as my mate was struggling climbing stairs to row BB in CR, think he might be in for a shock once we get to our new seats lol

Which section of the Main are you in?
 
Very, similar. Just on the opposite side.

MFJ to GR3.

MFJ was a superb seat. But by going to GR3, I’m literally the seat next to my mate.

I also feel like I had a tad more legroom. My knees previously leaned against the chair in-front. I don’t recall that today. Could be tripping, though.
 
Moved from CF4 row R to GF6 row I and quite happy with new seat.
Going to take a bit of getting used to watching the game from a different view after being behind the goals for 20 years mind you.

I'm in GR1 mate, and it's decent IMO. A good bunch of people, no obvious wallopers (unless everyone else thinks it's me) and a really good view of the game.
I was in the East Enclosure today as took my partners wee girl for her first game, I used to have a ST in there, and I forgot just how little you see of the tactics of the game from down there.

I used to sit in the enclosure then got offered a swap to MFP or GR1, I’m sure it will be fine, I’m row Z so was a bit concerned it might be to high

You'll be close to me mate. I've always been a bit of a shitebag with heights, but you don't feel like you're miles up (I hate the Club Deck for this reason). Obviously a few stairs to climb, but it's not too bad.

Although, if you've got the 'empty' seat near me that I always rely on being able to buy for mates for one off games, I'll be raging ha ha

I sit just below you in SE3 just a few rows from the back with a similar view
Spent a lot of the past couple of seasons sitting in different areas after swapping tickets around which was good to experience different views but I couldn't really imagine moving from there permanently as it's a cracking view and a lot of good guys around me

CD5 > MFM. I guess the main difference is less queuing time at European games (more entrances) and I no longer have to climb 300 stairs up the club deck. I'd also say I've got an extra couple inches legroom.

Have been down where the guy with the bucket hat behind the guy in the wheelchair is before.

Horrible in the Winter when the wind and rain howls through the gap in the stands.

Looking at your view your seat is far enough back for that not to be an issue.

Hardly souls down the front.

Your view mirrors mine at the other end of the main stand

We've done Row C in the Enclosure before. Predictably it poured!

Hopefully most of the weather will be at our backs but we're just happy to be in the stadium :))
