Great day out, got tickets for the old boys birthday a year or so ago.

Great day out, would recommend but found it too long for my youngest with all the driving around the city centre in a bus for well over an hour. Definitely a segment of the tour that could be bypassed and heard others say the same. No need to hear who owned what pub etc.

This is the first time we’ve heard this from anyone in the 14 years we’ve operated the Founders Trail. The city centre segment takes no longer than 30 mins certainly not well over an hour.

We highlight two pubs in the city centre as we pass among many other locations linked to our Founders.

It is after all their story we’re telling.

I fed it back to yourself after the tour mate , I did say it was a great day you said the traffic was unusually bad that day. After being picked up at 11.30 we didn’t finish the stadium tour until near on 6pm , it was a Saturday.

The city centre segment isn’t something we can bypass and I’m sure you’ll appreciate that heavy traffic is outwith our control. Glasgow city centre is a ghost town now so we rarely if ever get held up.

Some of the boys from our early years went into business via the licence trade and the fact many of the pubs are still there today is an integral part of the story.
