They can only avoid reworking the system if they publish an explanation for each decision in detail. Until then, even these guidelines can be shown as not being adhered to consistently. It's nonsense.

Misses the point

'When an incident has been identified'.

Who does the identifying ?
Players
Managers
Fans
Sportscene
The compliance officer
Joe from the CSA.

Then does the compliance officer refer all those back to the ref, did you see it? did you see it all?

If not then why not?

Pretty fundamental I would have thought.
100s of mins for televised football each week so whats the method of making the compliance officer aware?

I’ve said it before, the SFA aren’t even trying hard with their lies on why they continually punish us.

They are simply not fit for purpose. The game is a bogey as long as they are in charge.

Statement says:

.......when an incident has been identified to the compliance officer......

What if fails to explain is how or who raised/identifies any incidents!!!!

Economical with the truth big time!

Utterly ridiculous. How do you determine if an incident has been seen 'in its' entirety'? Even the referee can never be sure of that. So who decides if the refs view was 'perfect'?

The entire system is subjective and designed to be abused.

So still no addressing the fact its the Biased Broadcasting Corporation or scum fans on their couch that are raising most of the complaints around us to the compliance officer.

Statement means nothing.

That is their get out of jail free card.

Madden could not win in that situation, could he?

They ask him, "did you see that incident in it's entirety?"

He answers "No" McGregor gets cited.

He answers "Yes"

He will then be vilified for not sending McGregor off for a supposedly dangerous challenge.

There will be uproar because in some simpletons heads he has cheated ceptic, even though they were nothing to do with the game in question.

Easy option, deny seeing the incident 'in its' entirety'.

Get out of jail free.

procedure to identify an incident

Sportscene show repeats in detail of Rangers players, with the scums it's nothing to see here.
