I'm not going to get into the politics or the history of the word. The fact remains it's a banned word used within a song. The club can be done if our fans sing it and use it in songs.Should that not be enough to make people stop.Would a points deduction make people stop??Why is 'Finian' a crime?
Those namesHumza, Joe Fitzpatrick and Bernie Higgins...was the meeting in the Lisbon Lions Lower at half time.
Precisely. ‘So we rounded up a bunch of mentally challengeds in high profile roles to rant about Rangers whilst ignoring the deluge of offences committed by the paedphile facilitators.’Humza, Joe Fitzpatrick and Bernie Higgins...was the meeting in the Lisbon Lions Lower at half time.
They have had 18 months and not a peep.Where was the SFA statement re the hanging effigies last season which is worse than signing?
It’s not as we all know that they will be ignored and we will be punished.Strict liability is the way to go.
Strike 1 - Close stand (fines are useless).
Strike 2 - Empty Stadium.
Strike 3 - Docked points.
There is only one club and it's cronies who vote against this. This is the same club who year after year is fined by UEFA for their behaviour.

What offences do you believe that mhob would be found liable for?Strict liability is the way to go.

that was unbelievable mate, can remember that. that was one of most shocking things I've seen in footballWhere was the SFA statement re the hanging effigies last season which is worse than signing?
Absolutely......the ballot box is now very important. Unfortunately there are those amongst us who cannot see it and vote for the SNP who have been the driver to the position where we are now, before them the Labour party. I have always been a socialist but the hidden agenda in these parties has alienated me from these beliefs. The old miners will be turning in their graves. You are spot on sir.
Since the 80's when their papal master appeared in Scotland and gave them a call to arms, they have worked their way into positions of power and influence that they should be nowhere near. We've sat back and watch this unfold in front of us.
What we are seeing today is a result of several decades of timmy determination to get into where it matters. Sadly, they have succeeded and we are facing the consequences of that.
In a word .....Naw !So will those who sing sad orange bastards , go home ya huns, %^*& the queen etc be held to task?
This has certainly became a high profile incident due to Clarke's hysterics and our enemies have jumped on the bandwagon.Terrifying but hey “it’s harmless and they do it ana” so let’s just keep on making the bullets for them.
Strict liability will be used similar to how the compliance officer is used. They’ll only punish “high profile” incidents and we know who makes things high profile.
Ian Maxwell, Chief Executive at the Scottish FA: "The Scottish FA condemns in the strongest possible terms the spate of incidents this season involving unacceptable conduct in Scottish football. This season we have witnessed match officials and players hit by coins, sectarian singing at matches and abusive and threatening behaviour towards match officials, players, managers and coaching staff. This behaviour is completely unacceptable and simply has no place in football, or indeed Scottish society.
"Football has a responsibility to take action. We must do all that we can under our current rules and engage with clubs to seek to eradicate such behaviour.
"This issue, however, is not one that football can solve on its own. To that end, SPFL Chief Executive Neil Doncaster and I recently met with Cabinet Secretary for Justice Humza Yousaf, Minister for Public Health, Sport and Wellbeing Joe Fitzpatrick and Police Scotland Assistant Chief Constable Bernie Higgins to discuss unacceptable conduct in football and how we can work together to address this.
"We will seek further discussions in light of the most recent events to maintain the momentum for change."

bingo!Constant open illegal displays of terrorist support (who have killed the innocents of our country)... nothing.
Constant chants of “orange bastard”.... nothing.
Massive pitch invasion and attacks on Rangers players and fans by thousands of Hibs fans... nothing.
Years of systematic paedophilia covered up by a club with ongoing trials uncovering the horrors, even to this day... nothing.
Hanging of effigies of Orangemen in front of 50k people in a televised event around the world, the most despicable sectarian display in decades... nothing.
Player pelted by coins and subjected to sectarian abuse of being an “orange bastard” just last week... nothing.
Steve Clarke is called a “19th Century Terrorist bastard”.
“This is despicable and we have met with the comically useless Justice Minister, the police and our head men and we must stamp this unprecedented barrage of sectarianism by those big bad Rangers fans out of this country. Freeeedom!!!!”.
Un-fucking-believable.
I will beat it again lolI actually hope they do bring in strict liability now , put an end to this shite once and for all .
The last football act was brought in hoping to penalise only Rangers fans, didn’t work out that way so they got rid of that .
The same will happen with strict liability , but there will be no going back from it .
Bring it on .
I get that but we can't control what they do..we can only control what we do.We stop and they continue then we have the moral high ground.Yes - and 'Orange bastard' is OK. You see the issue?
I've said it before. Do what you like in private and amongst mates, DONT do it in the ground even if no TV cameras. Don't let our enemies take aim.I get that but we can't control what they do..we can only control what we do.We stop and they continue then we have the moral high ground.
Falling over themselves to get at us.
Just what I was thinkingHumza, Joe Fitzpatrick and Bernie Higgins...was the meeting in the Lisbon Lions Lower at half time.
