Shirt numbers for the new players

what shirt numbers will the new players get?
Think 12 is available then if I'm right 26 - 30 are the next free numbers after that? Then Hardie at 31. Anyone know what goss and Murphy have been allocated yet?

12 isn’t available for selection, retired for the fans. 13 is available though. And according to Wikipedia (I know) Goss is 28 but not sure what their source is.

That’s Barjonas’s number and I don’t think you can re-allocate during the season if the player is still at the club.

Yeah we typically don’t use it. I think Niemi possibly used it when he first joined but he’s the only one I can think of.

Don’t know if the academy/development players are just assigned a number, or if this is registered with the league at the start of the season - for example, Lewis Mayo is number 55, but hasn’t been in any first team squads. Also not sure if the number of one of the above players on loan can be used by another player.

The youths will be registered at the start of the season. A number can be reissued if a player using the number has left the club.
