Delighted to see both back. We all know what Sima is capable of but I remember seeing Dowell in preseason and thinking he was best of all our buys. Obviously we got a glimpse of him again before Christmas and he was starting to show a bit.

I don’t think rotating the starting 11 should be a big factor moving forward as there’s less games to play and mostly one a week. We should stick to a core group and the bench as a result will be really strong. Starting 11 in the coming weeks should hopefully evolve to Butland, Tav, Goldson, Balogun, Ridvan, Lundstram, Lawrence, Cantwell, Sima, Silva and hopefully a fully fit Roofe.

A strong bench with Souttar, Barisic, Diomande, Raskin, Sterling, McCausland, Matondo and Dessers.

Agreed. Sterling and Diomande v close tho to replacing 2 starters.
