Spaces Now Available On Popular Ibrox Fitness Course

There are still slots available on the Rangers Charity Foundation’s Football Fans In Training Programme at Ibrox – which is completely free for participants.

‘FFIT’ has achieved astounding results, with participants reporting dramatic improvements in their health, knowledge and motivation following the expert guidance provided over the course of the popular 12-week programme.

The programme works with males and females aged between 35 and 65 years old who are overweight and provides a great opportunity for Rangers supporters to improve their fitness, lose weight and train with fellow supporters at Ibrox.

Each session is split between classroom health education and physical activity sessions and covers issues such as weight management, exercise, diet and healthy eating, alcohol awareness, motivation and well-being. Participants are then invited back to ‘FFIT for life’ weekly

sessions to sustain the change and keep in touch with fellow, like-minded supporters.

The next block of FFIT commences on the below dates for men and women:

Women: 30th April 5-7pm

Men: 3rd May 6-8pm

Please note that to qualify, you must be aged 35 – 65 and have one of the following:

• BMI 27 or over

• Belly size 100 cm or over

• Trouser size 37 inches or over
