SPFL Question re Board Salaries

For a number of years now the SPFL have proven to be incompetent on many levels eg Securing inadequate financial levels of Sponsorship, assisting a few Clubs with ‘loans’, showing blatant bias towards/against Clubs, spending Membership money on a ‘bogus’ inquiry into themselves!! There are many more examples, however, despite all of this who exactly authorises the exorbitant Salaries & Bonus packages Paid to the Board?

I suspect it’s the members, if that is the case then will they have the right to review the Remuneration packages to reflect the recent downturn in income?

I get that Bears however, is this an opportunity for the Member Clubs to ‘downgrade’ the package or make thier positions redundant due to ’unprecedented times’. This would be a chance to start reshaping our game at the top........SFA next.
