She's been alright so far to be fair.

Acknowledges her plan will fail.

She wrote to the SPFL back in March suggesting they needed to look at what was coming and was fobbed off.

Slated the lack of leadership within the SPFL.

Says her plan is a discussion document and we need to get to grips with what is unfolding.

Two QCs advise her she has a case but will only do that as a last resort.

Has backers willing to help clubs out but was fobbed off by the SPFL again who said 'put a paper in' LOL.
 
We all know they will get some sort of reconstruction. She must have some positive signs or she wouldn’t be still going on about it . She ain’t going legal
 
The most interesting bit was about people willing to put money in to keep lower league clubs going (not necessarily Hearts) and getting nothing back from the SPFL.

Who is making these decisions?

This is a league who can't get a sponsor FFS - and Budge is offering them money for nothing?????

The philanthropists and their multi-millions to help clubs survive is incredible. Doncaster wouldn't even speak to them. Told Budge to 'put in paper' FFS.

Its might be a dubious offer but you surely at least talk to them.
 
Hearts have had £9m of no strings donations from rich philanthropists who are offering multi million gifts. Doncaster has told her to put in a paper.

Interesting she criticised them for procrastination. She criticised them also got telling her to come up with reconstruction plans and come back to them. As a governing body they aren't leading they are just telling an individual club to lead it then they'll give it a look.

Least theres a couple of people on this show that are honest and asking questions of Doncaster(McCann and English i think).
 
I don't understand why there is a delay in Hearts going down the legal route.

I keep saying it they are wasting time here meanwhile behind the scenes Doncaster and his band of charlatans are going full pelt to now get next season all arranged and up and running.

When Doncaster is fobbing you off at every opportunity same happened when Rangers, Park, and Robertson tried to engage constructively with him and look at the end result.

Wisen up Budge and take these corrupt scumbags to task and take control of this sordid situation.

These are Hearts donators and Budge is the link. Tbh it's happened before when people gift money to community projects. Someone with a billion quid might think a spare £5m to have a football season might be a worthwhile thing. Or it might be shite. Bit out in a business paper telling the SPFL how it should be distributed? She rightly tells them it's not for her to decide

This needs hammered home by Rangers, Hearts, Aberdeen and every other rational thinking club leader at every opportunity for the foreseeable. At the very best, the SPFL (and SFA, for that matter) leadership is woefully inept and lacking the leadership required, and must be removed. At worst, it's corruption for the benefit of one club. Eitherway, there must be a clearout.
 
So long as the SPFL is a closed shop no one will ever know what's happening. Transparency is what we should be asking for. Only then will anyone have an idea as to what Pete.... Eh the executives are up to
 
Mcinnes has just said he had heard about this on Monday when talking to McCormack so why hasn't Doncaster done anything about this .
Also said Aberdeen cant sign any players and that all but 5 players had been put on furlough .
 
Reconstruction should be the SPFL responsibility and has to be driven by them to find a solution acceptable to thier member clubs. That what the rat bastard doncaster gets paid very well for. Has the SPFL previously mentioned reconstruction....No they haven't because there was no appetite for this to happen from the mentally challengeds.
 
How can UEFA allow mysterious anonymous benefactors to donate money with no strings attached to assist lower leagues in Scotland

This is dodgy as phuck and it has the stench of bribery and yet even more corruption

The basic integrity of our game is shot to bits. There is zero credibility left and you have to question is there a more corrupt league in Europe ?
 
I wouldn't normally care if Hearts went down, but it is not right to relegate teams in exceptional circumstances, like this pandemic. Everything has been out of their control. If teams get relegated, it should be because of what happened on the pitch , over the course of a season. Since this season never finished they should not be penalised, and even more, threatened by the very organisation meant to assist them.

Part of this situation is down to uefa dithering on decisions and leaving countries to sort their leagues. It has allowed the corruption and bribery to go ahead here, without consequences. I am not going to take delight in Hearts' situation as it stinks.

Budge you have been getting played like a fiddle for months. Stop fcuking about wasting time with interviews and get they court papers lodged.

Otherwise I hope you go down and stay down.
