It does happen elsewhere but not such a big deal is ever made of it.
When it comes to a Rangers player or anything related to our fans and our Club, it seems to be made into a big storm over and over ad the media turn it into a circus - and our club never do anything about it.
That's not me sitting greeting and saying "it's aw them against us", historically, if you look at it, things are magnified and pushed a lot further in the media when it comes to us and every time we are left to defend ourselves as we don't have anyone at our club willing to do it.

Respect is earned, it's not given (where the manager is concerned), and we've not had anyone strong enough to boot the players in the baws for a long time.

In all walks of life, not just football, weak Managers are undermined by their staff who do not respect them. We do need a strong Manager akin to those you have mentioned.
