Not sure I understand when the email with the allocation states it’s £20. Maybe explains the money not being taken.

Mate I thought the same email defo said £20 but when only £31 had came out I called and the confirmed he was complimentary.

I emailed about my sons ticket and was advised that he gets his for free due to St Js ticket policy
